Hey docs I am 18 and my height is 165 cm and weight 49 is this the weight that an 18 year old should have.
No you can add balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week) 2. Take one tablet of levocetrizine (5mg) at bed time if itching is severe 3. Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply talcum powder in the area 4. Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one 5. Hello, if you are doing hardwork of more than 45 minutes everyday and still not loosing, the reasons can be: -your diet is still not balanced. -you have just started (may be a month back) -you are not burning enough calories or doing something wrong with the work out. Eat healthy and eat less (do not starve yourself ofcourse) /keep it up if you are working hard, you will see results soon after setting the diet properly. /it can take upto 90 days for weight to start reducing. /see your measurements change, not the weighing scale. If nothing is wirking out at all, go check your thyroid.

Green tea alone cannot get you a flat tummy. If you are replacing it with tea/coffee, it means a cut down in calorie intake and that might help a bit. -do kapal bhati. Green tea should be had after meals to increase metabolism.

Your condition is consistent with allergic bronchitis which is most probably precipitated by your allergy for dust. You should get a pulmonary function test echocardiography and ECG done. Also do a allergy panel and Chest Xray done. Then you can consult a chest physician for treatment.

Its always better to complete your homeopathy treatment first and if not cured or not getting desired results than you can opt for other options like allopathy or homeopathy. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. The common reasons behind hair fall are lack of essential nutrients in the body, improper and unhealthy dietary habits, hormonal imbalance, certain medications, dandruff, alopecia and other scalp disorders, stress and tension etc. Natural oils such as coconut, olive, jojoba, almond etc. Can be used to massage the scalp for countering hair fall. Gently massage the scalp prior to head bath twice a week. Also check hemoglobin for anaemia and thyroid status with serum tsh. Have more proteins and trace minerals like copper, zinc, selenium in diet. Start taking a hair nutrition supplement. Keep stress away with regular exercise, yoga, meditation. Simple solution and most primary and effective one is make a habit of lesser caloric consumption than you spend roughly. That's called negative caloric intake balance. For spending calories you have various methods like physical work out, hot water drinking, some herbal medicines use, deep breathing/'kapal bhati' etc. For lesser caloric intake you do not have to starve. Simply increase leafy fibers, sugarless/ sugar restrictions, fat restrictions, protein increase after workout etc.

Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Drink milk. Try weight gainer shakes. Use bigger plates. Add cream to your coffee. Take creatine. Get quality sleep. You need to take a balanced diet.

I am 33 yrs old. But, my weight is only 48 kg. I want to gain 15 kg weight. My height is 166 c. M.

Its not worthwhile if you are not under weight. By bmi standards. Proper food n caloric intake and lifestyle changes along with ayurvedic herbs will increase weight. But please do not take hormonal medicines to increase weight which will be dangerous later.

Thanks for posting your query. First you need support from your family and friends, from people who are near you and can help you while in danger. In such cases is better combine pharmacotherapy with psychotherapy. Also you can add to your daily routine relaxation techniques, better if you will consult psychiatrist who can advice you above mentioned combination of medication and psychotherapy.
