Don't worry about the spotting as it is possible to have some breakthrough bleeding while on norethisterone. Pain could be due to underlying pathology of endometriosis. ...read full answer

Crying may not be related to cipromax. It's not safe for breastfeeding women. Take a safer antibiotic after consulting doctor.

yes you can take Dronis. continue for 6 months to 1 year. also weight loss will help. do exercise regularly.

Do a pregnancy test, if negative then take crina ncr 15 mg once a day for 3 days for periods to come.

Pregnancy is highly unlikely. However as you mentioned that your periods come in three months. You must get yourself evaluated for this.
