Lekin agar fir bhi maa ko lagta hai ki doodh kam ban raha hai, to uske liye ek baar bacche ko doodh seene se laga ke pila de aur fir bhi doodh kam pade to chammach- katori se doodh pilade. Isse dheere dheere maa me doodh badhta jaega aur ooper ke doodh ki requirement bhi kam hojaegi. Bacche ka pet bharne lgega aur baccha fit bhi rahega.

Chote babies ke sath risk hota hai, thanda padne ka. Chote babies Kabhi-Kabhi 40 Degrees temperature me bhi thande pad jate hai. To iske liye sabse zada important hai ki bacche ko head se toe tak cover karke rakhna chaie. Topi zarur pehnani chaie.

Ek maa apne bacche ko touch karke he bata sakti hai ki bacche ko thand lag rahi hai ya nahi lag rahi hai. Agar maa ne bacche ko hath lagaya aur fir apne pet ko hath lagaya, agar dono garam hai, iska matlab baccha ekdam theek hai. Agar hath thanda hai, aur pet garam hai to matlab bacche ko thand lag rahi hai. Aur agar dono thande hai, to baccha serious hai.

As a hen hatches the egg, we must warm, nourish, protect and feel the divine touch of our baby. In the early 1970s, motivated by problems arising from the shortage of incubators and also the impact of mother and newborn separation, Colombian pediatrician Edgar Rey developed a simple method later named ‘Kangaroo mother care’ (KMC). KMC has three main components including thermal care through continuous skin-to-skin contact by being tied with a cloth to the front usually of the mother; support for exclusive breastfeeding or other appropriate feedings; and early recognition and response to complications. From various studies, it has been revealed that there are distinct benefits Celestial Love when babies share a bed with their parents compared to when they sleep in isolation. With more frequent light sleep cycles, it is easier for you to respond to your baby and then go back to sleep, then it would be to be roused out of deep sleep to deal with a crying, and more distressed baby. 

The closeness of your baby is the natural way to regulate the temperature when a baby is close to the mother he can never be cold nor be too hot. Mother is likely to know if the baby has a fever. Close baby contact, warmth, untouched at night helps to promote babies optimal physical and emotional development. Being fully satisfied at night will help your baby develop into an affectionate child with a strong sense of self-worth. 

Sharing a bed allows you to enjoy more contact with your baby and helps to alleviate anxiety about absence during the day. Father’s who are absent all day at work, benefit from the physical closeness and skin contact at night and the daily satisfaction of the strong protective instinct they may have for the baby. 

To sleep with the baby use a bed big enough for all of you. Position your baby so that, she may not fall or smothered by pillows or bedding. Place her on bed to sleep without pillow. Baby should not be dressed too warmly. Use several light weight blankets. Sleep naked or wear light clothes. Never fall asleep with baby lying on you. नवजात शिशु अपना अधिकतर समय सोने में व्‍यतीत करते हैं।  इसीलिए आपके बच्चे को कुछ समय के बाद जाग जाना चाहिए, जागने पर अच्‍छी तरह से आहार लेना चाहिए | बच्चा संतुष्‍ट दिखाई दे रहा हो तो वह बिलकुल ठीक है | ये किसी गंभीर बीमारी के लक्ष्‍ण हो सकते हैं। यदि वह बहुत अधिक थका हुआ अथवा उनींदा नज़र आए, बहुत कम सजग दिखाई दे और आहार लेने के लिए न जागे, तो आपको अपने बच्‍चे को डॉक्‍टर के पास ले जाना चाहिए।

आप बच्चे को कम कैलोरी युक्त खाद्य पदार्थ खिला सकती हैं, जैसे - सूजी की खीर, घी वाली खिचड़ी, दलिया, कुचला हुआ केला आदि। बच्चे के लिए आयरन बहुत जरूरी है, इसलिए बच्चे को दालें, फलियां, अंकुरित दालें, ब्रोकली व बंदगोभी खिलायें, ये आयरन का अच्छा स्त्रोत हैं।

नवजात शिशुओ की त्वचा  à¤¬à¥‡à¤¹à¤¦ नाजुक होती है अंतः उन्हें ज्यादा देर तक पानी में ना रखे और नहाने का पानी भी ज्यादा गर्म ना हो | शुरूआती तीन हफ्ते में गीले कपड़े से बदन पोंछना काफी है, शैम्पू का इस्तेमाल ना करे | यदि फिर भी किसी शैम्पू का इस्तेमाल कर रहे हो तो एक हाथ से बच्चे की आँखों को ढक ले ताकि शैम्पू आँखों में ना जा पाए | नहाने के बाद बच्चे बेहतर  à¤¨à¥€à¤‚द सो पाते है |

Iron Deficiency

Our 50 % woman & children under 5 yrs are affected from iron deficiency anemia. Due to anemia, the child may have poor physical endurance & child may get tired early. Soft mental science, high quality of mental performance is also affected by iron deficiency anemia. This may lead to poor school performance & frequent infections alter teast  (PICA)

Breath holding spell- children grow very fast & they doubled their weight by 5 months & triple their weight by 1 year & they are more than six times the birth weight at 5 years. This is the time the iron requirement must high, so all babies must be supplement with iron at 6 months of age for 3 months.

Pre mature babies are again at risk because they have catched-up growth too.  

Babies who drink cow’s milk are major risk of iron- deficiency anemia because iron available to baby. So baby tends to grow iron’s deficiency.

Adolescence girls grow fast as well as periods may start. In women, iron requires 2mg/kg/day whereas in man 1mg/kg/day i.e., girls requires twice iron than the male requires.

Old people too at risk because they eat iron food poor in fruits & vegetables.

To prevent iron deficiency:-

  1. Breast feeding is must.
  2. Iron supplement at 6 months of age.
  3. Weaning with iron rich food after six month of age.
  4.  At 1 year & onwards, milk consumption should be less than 3ml/day.
  5. Girls should receive iron-rich food all their lives.

 

Iron rich foods are fruits & juggery specially banana, mango etc & vegetables green leafy vegetables. If family can eat non-vegetarian chicken, mutton & fish is also good source.

 

Giving eating plenty of citrus food along with iron rich food increases. The absorption of iron, tea & coffee must not be consumed as they bind the available iron in the food & make it not available.

Now- a days, iron fortified salt i.e., also available which may help greatly to reduce iron deficiency anemia.
