I have fungal infection both thigh. It itchiness a lot specially in night. And always an urge of itching. Also area becomes black dark and swelling boils when itched. I have started itraconazole 200 mg once a day two days before and miconazole cream two times. Should I need more. And minimum how long to continue. Because it is more than 3 months. Sometimes 2-3 days passed without any itching skin looks normal and sometimes itchy scratchy and swelling occur.

I saw one of your reply for which the question was: hi, I am having a ringworm in groin area, a doc suggested me to use clobetasol. It worked but when I stop applying it, the red marks starts appearing again. It is increasing the area also, now extended to thighs and butts too. Can you please suggest whom to consult.
