How to loose my weight please help me with this with a good solution and problem.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

Take proper Bed rest, Medicines for fever control, light food like khichadi, rice,jawar roti, eat fresh fruits, warm water for drinking, keep your home area clean & dry, use mosquito net, take healthy food, take more liquids, avoid oily, spicy ,fast, bakery foods, avoid travelling in sunlight, avoid chilled water All The Best.

I am a 50 years old lady. I am getting heavy back pain at sleeping time in the bed.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. Dear, stress and depression are known factor of hair loss. So overcome by yoga walk meditation and read motivational books might help you. Ashwagandharishta and dashmularisht 5ml each after meal with equal water will also help you. Add beans green vegetables and milk in your food.

I am 33 years old mother of 2 kids. I used to have long and thick hair till my 17-18 year and after that heavy fall and now I have thin hair. My hair appears to be thinner at the root area but thick in the middle. I give good oil massage daily and daily hair bath. It doesn't grow beyond my shoulder too. You should take Tab - Hairbless 1od for 6 months and do massage with maha Bhirangraj oil daily at night avoid junk food and don't use any shampoo just use multani soil if possible or use medimix for hair wash as shampoo

Don't let more than four hours go by without eating. Eat several foods at once. Eat healthy, but dense foods. Drink your food. Eat right before bed. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day take banana milk shake. Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee. Eat sweets.

It may be irregular at times and delayed by a few days. However if it is delayed by more than 2 weeks of your expected date I would advice you to do a urine pregnancy test.

Hi, first if you want Ayurveda & homeopathic medication then you need to go to Ayurveda & Homeopathic doctor, But I can only advice you to take Protein rich diet (as Proteins are the building blocks, 1,000 calories to each diet resulted in weight gain every time. Protein helps build muscle, Regardless of calorie intake, getting enough protein can help build muscle. Need to to do stretching exercise, take calcium supplements, drink more and more water, 5-6 litres daily, try it for 1 year to see any results, as it take time for your body to grow, you need to be consistent through out this time be patience, for dosage of protein and other calcium supplement, you can ask query from me.
