1. Diet triggers for ibs constipation

Some foods can worsen ibs-related constipation. These include:

  1. Refined breads and cereals
  2. Refined foods such as chips and cookies
  3. Drinks such as coffee, carbonated drinks, and alcohol
  4. High-protein diets
  5. Dairy products, especially cheese

2. Diet triggers for ibs diarrhea

Some foods can worsen ibs-related diarrhea. These include:

  1. Too much fiber, especially insoluble fiber found in the skin of fruits and vegetables
  2. Food and drinks with chocolate, alcohol, caffeine, fructose, or the sugar substitute sorbitol
  3. Carbonated drinks
  4. Large meals
  5. Fried and fatty foods
  6. Food and drinks with dairy, especially in people with lactose intolerance

Hi, medicine is not a single option to become healthy. Bina medicine k bhi aap apni health theek kr sakte hain. Iske liye apko apni lifestyle ar diet me kuch changes krne honge. Khane me adhik se adhik protein ki matra le. Doodh, dahi, panner, lassi, and, meat, fish aur dal, chana, besan sabhi protein k achchhe source hain. Most people will be shocked to know this -

Exercise is almost useless for weight loss. Just about every serious expert know that trying to make people exercise more, in scientific studies, has an almost negligible impact on their weight.

Dr. Aseem malhotra, a uk cardiologist was quoted in british medical journal - "you can not outrun a bad diet"

A recent study from herman pontzer shows a possible reason. People who are very physically active do not necessarily burn more calories than people who are moderately active. The body seems to adapt, possibly by resting more after exercising. When that happens, it does not burn more calories.

It may be one of the main reasons why exercise is not useful for weight loss. Exercise is very good for health, strength, well-being, many things. But when it comes to weight loss, it’s almost all about what you eat. - another shocking scientific truth is eating low calorie food and low fat food also does not result in sustainable weight loss. But more about that in future posts.

I am a 36 years old mother of two children. For last one year I am facing the problem of loose vagina which is affecting my marital life. I also face problem in controlling urine. Hello, Your incontinence would have to be differentiated first between stress urinary incontinence or over flow incontinence and accordingly treatment has to be planned. There is no other natural remedy than keel's exercises for tightening of perineal muscles unless surgery is opted for.

Health benefits of neem:

Neem is a medicinal plant. It grows in tropical and semi-tropical regions. An evergreen magical tree each part of the tree, such as the leaves, fruits, flowers and bark have been used for centuries in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, toiletries, agriculture, insect repellents and medicinal cures. 

A revered tree in the indian tradition the neem is believed to be an embodiment of sitala, a folk goddess, seen suspended on a branch protecting against smallpox

Neem leaves enhance biological functions by strengthening the immune system, boosting respiratory functions, improves digestive health and supports the liver by getting rid of the unwanted toxins in the blood. 

1] Eye problems:

Powdered neem leaves mixed with water to a paste and applied on the eyes relieves eye problems. 

2] Viral disease:

Neem leaves paste rubbed on the infected area is said to be very effective for treating warts, chicken pox and small pox. 
Neem extracts, toxic to herpes virus accelerate healing. 
Neem hampers the dna polymerase virus that causes hepatitis b

3] De - Worming:

Neem acts as a de-worming agent and helps eliminate intestinal worms, restoring healthy functioning of the intestines.
