It is suggested to remove milk from the breast. You can remove it with your hands or you can use breast pump for removing milk. After that just gently massage your brest. This will help you.

hi So here we reveal 10 secrets to have a perfect flat tummy and weight loss The simplest way to have a flat tummy is performing abs exercises regularly. Examples are- sit ups, crunches etc. Avoid having large meals. It is preferable to have small and frequent meals. One can keep away from bulky belly built, because of heavy meals. Avoid taking a nap in the afternoon after your meals. Taking a nap will relax your digestive system and will store all the fat in your abdomen area. One can start doing exercises like push-ups, pull-ups for one set with minimum 10 repetitions. Eat less sugar and sweets as possible. One can even make it to no sugars a day. Avoid sitting at one place for the whole day. If you are a sedentary worker then walk in your parking area during your lunch break after meals. This will help in better digestion. Chew your food properly. It is said that chewing your food 32 times keeps your digestive system healthy and also allows you to eat less food. Add plenty of salads in your diet as they do not contain fats and calories in them. They are simple to digest and don’t get stored in your tummy area. Avoid drinking lot of alcohol. Alcohol gives empty calories, which get store in your stomach area for long period of time and make you fat and obese. Having a peg is fine but occasionally that too red wine. Avoid having fried, junk or heavy snacks. Go for light, low calorie snacks options like puffed cereals, khakra, brown bread sandwich etc. These are simple ways in which you can have a flat tummy. Weight gain is muscle gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fruits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustard or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Do crunches and pushups to reduce belly fat.

I'm a sailor in Indian Navy and our service demands fit & healthy body. But I've always been underweight. I'm a regular smoker & a frequent drinker. I even tried protein powders & tabs to gain weight. But none of them worked on me. I don't feel like eating when it comes to meals. I don't even feel hungry most of the times. Can you suggest me on how to put on some weight.

Unfortnately, you are not likely to gain any more height, as you are already 23 years old. In any case, curd rice and milk won't help with gaining height.

Hi, If the food you eat is not properly digested and absorbed then how can you gain weight.Nothing will work if this is not proper. Take *Alfa malt forte (medisynth) 1tablespoon to be taken twice a day during meals for 1mth *Take GRD Powder 1tablespoon in 1 cup of milk ,drink once a day
