I have gastritis, 25, female, 60 kg
- pain across my upper abdomen, bloating, feeling full
- famotidine helped, but im now lansoprazole
question - why was famotidine better with my pain? Which medication is better for gastritis? Should I stick to lansoprazole - it's not really helping after a week of use.
Also can either of the medications increase bilirubin levels and lower blood iron?

I am 22 years old .the problem came to notice when I faced shortness of breathing while speaking for 2 -3 months, on visiting a doctor, tests were done, and my eosinophil count was very high, and pft test- showed chg fef-25--75 as 23% and z score = -1.22,the doctor then gave me q mont (30 days) and predmet (5 days) and foracort 200 mdi (if necessary).
