Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

I am suffering from neck pain for last week. Its not too severe but constant. It starts beneath head and starts moving towards shoulders. And then to hands. More towards right shoulder. Also my knees make a cracking sound often while getting up.

if you are continuously sitting in the work place that can cause swelling of feet. so when sitting keep feet on some elevation like foot rest. while in bed keep some elevation below the feet by keeping some height at the foot end of the bed. for weight gain get your blood tested for thyroid profile, basing on the result get appropriate advise. as for itching of vagina, there could be some infection but for the time being follow meticulous hygiene of the genitals. after passing urine clean the vagina with water and dry it with some clean cloth every time. if there is white discharge then it need to be treated.

Dear Dr. I am suffering from neck pain from last 4-5 days continually. Pain is in my neck start from right side n up to right shoulder. Sometimes when I take painkiller it helps me. But when I lay down on bed nd took my head in pillow on wall. Pain starts again. Please suggest me what I do. Is it a serious desires or due to wrong sitting posture.

Wrong sitting position will create the headache or backache.ķ due to that neckpain. Don't use pillow for some days. So some neck exercises.

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha yograj guggul 1-1 twice a day after lunch and dinner. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Take green vegetables. Drink juice. Eat fruits. Drink 7-8 glass of water in a day. Take 7 hours sleep minimum. Do pranayama early morning. Walk for minimum 30 minutes in a day. For further detail contact me in private.

Swelling can be due to alterations in the electrolytes in the body due to high blood pressure and also can be due to left ventricular hypertrophy of the heart.

Hello doctor. my knee stiffness problem is still there after 7 months. And even with 5 hours of exercise this. Stiffness still exist. Sir can you please suggest me some ways to quickly sort this problem.

Don't do so much exercise. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
