watering of eyes can be due to many reasons and the main reasons are 1.Eye Allergy due to dust,Pollution, infection 2.Weak Eyesight 3.Continuous watching TV,Mobile, computor in dim light 4.Any eye injury 5.Lack of sleep 6.Continuous headache 7.Hypertension. Homoeopathic medicine EUPHRASIA 30 ( Dr Reckeweg) Drink 2 drops direct on tongue every 2-3 hrly CINERARIA /EUPHRASIA EYEDROPS ( SBL ) pour into eyes 1-2 drops 3 times daily So,my suggestion for you is either you give details of your eye watering reasons or visit a local doctor for an eye check up as a final examination can only be made after physical examination.

Since 4-5 months I have been noticing my eyes turn bloody red immediately after taking shower and turn normal after 30-40 mins. What could be the possible causes and remedies?

The symptoms described by you are suggest the possibility of" cosmetic induced allergy/ hypersensitivity" of the eyes. It is possible that the shampoo/ soap/ shower gel that you use during taking a shower may enter the eyes and cause reddish coloration of the eyes. This is commonly experienced by many people. A good way to confirm this would be to prevent the cosmetic/ shampoo/ soap/ shower gel from entering into your eyes. If this simple measure results in relieving the redness in your eyes, it would confirm the cause as well. Another good idea would be do gently splash clean water in your eyes 3-4 times in a day. This would clear the dust load in the eyes and the bacteria as well. Hope my suggestions help, take care!

Anti-Müllerian Hormone, or ‘AMH’ as it is often called, is a hormone which is given off by developing follicles, which are egg sacs containing immature eggs. By measuring this with a blood test, it gives an idea of the state of ovarian reserve and how many eggs are left in the ovaries. This can help determine whether and how urgently treatment is needed, and also how a woman may respond to treatment. AMH naturally decreases with age as the ovarian reserve is depleted, and women in their 40s frequently have low AMH results. AMH levels are considered ‘satisfactory’ if they are above 21.98 pmol/l, although age and other circumstances have to be taken into account in order to make the most accurate assessment.Low AMH is not a cause of infertility, but it is an indication of a decreased egg reserve. When there are fewer developing eggs in the ovaries, the chance of a mature and healthy egg being released and fertilised decreases. In age-related low AMH, the quality of the eggs may also be affected, as eggs accumulate mutations over time. This may mean that the chances of abnormal fertilisation and miscarriage are increased. your detail reports are required for further treatement. you may consult privately

Unfortunately, the power usually does not reduce once you have reached maturity. You can try contact lenses if you dont want to use glasses. Lasik is also a good option.

Wen sunlight touches my eyes I m unable to see anything everything is visible in black.

Ophthalmologist, Mumbai
Wen sunlight touches my eyes I m unable to see anything everything is visible in black.
This in most case is a normal occurence, direct staring at sunlight should not be done any which ways. Though this maybe abnormal if associated with flashes/floaters or a red eye. If thats the case you need an eye examination at the earliest.

I have allergies. My eyes are itching and watery. They are always red and feels sneezing every morning. please help?
Hello. I think you have allergic conjunctivitis and allergic rhinitis. Eye allergies, called allergic conjunctivitis, are a common condition that occurs when the eyes react to something that irritates them (called an allergen). The eyes produce a substance called histamine to fight off the allergen. As a result, the eyelids and conjunctiva (the thin, filmy membrane that covers the inside of your eyelids) become red, swollen and itchy, with tearing and burning. The key to treating eye allergies is to avoid or limit contact with the substance causing the problem. Avoid rubbing eyes instead do cold compresses. Use antiallergic eyedrop along with lubricating eyedrop. This will help you I am very sorry dear to say that there is no drug that can cure allergy. Only way is to stay away from all those things that you are allergic to. For allergic rhinitis. Consult ent specilist.

you need to undergo pre lasik workup which will include corneal topography. If your corneal thickness is fine and topography is normal, then you can safely go for lasik. Lasik has much predictable results with the current advanced technology. no idea about best center in delhi though

FICO, Specialist in Cataract,Cornea and refractive surgeries , MD - Ophthalmology

Autoimmune retinopathy is a rare autoimmune diseases that primarily affect retinal photoreceptor function. Autoimmune retinopathy typically presents in the fifth and sixth decades with rapidly progressive, bilateral, painless visual deterioration but an unremarkable fundus examination. Various treatments have been attempted, including systemic immunosuppression with steroid and steroid-sparing agents, intravenous immunoglobulin, and plasmapheresis but have no consistent results. Start immunosuppresive therapy after discussing with your ophthalmologist.

Hi, puffy eyes can be caused by fluid retention, stress, allergies, hormone chandigarh, over sleeping and other factors. To get rid of puffy eyes you have to drink lots of water. Water helps fluid toxins out of the baby. Chilled cucumber is also a good remedy. For homeopathic prescription you can consult privately.
