Hi I am suffering from back pain from the past 5 days and I even consulted cupping doctors and done cupping treatment but still the pain persists, also I took pain killers like nice, paracetamol as pain is temporary reduced. Please check and do the needful.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

I have knee pain for more than over three days please suggest me what should I do and what are the symptoms of It?
Gentle massage over knees with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oils daily for about 15-20 minutes and hot fomentation afterwards will greatly help in subsiding the pain. These procedures would give strength to your knee and reduce the pain and stiffness. Regular oiling the joint will improve the lubrication also. Use knee caps over the joints and avoid over exertion of the joint. This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.

I sprained my ankle 2 months back. Doc.told me I have tendon and ligament injury. I have tried every possible treatment. Now undergoing physiotherapy. Swelling is still there. My leg aches too.(from foot sole to thigh) I am 52 years old and a borderline diabetic. All x rays r normal.

Hi lybrate-user ji as your medical history is concern ,conservative treatment is best for you, lets continue the physio treatment and iceing the affected body pard to reduce swelling and inflammation along with some strengthing exercise to maintain the ligaments strength and with ultrasound therapy healing of the ligaments will faster.

I have pain in my left leg. Seems like a nerve pull. It rises almost daily when I sit or sleep.
Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins leg pain happens when your muscles are tired or dehydrated. Drink more water if you're prone to leg cramps. Also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps. Pleas check you calcium and magnesium levels.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. \navoid bending in front. \npostural correction- sit tall, walk tall.
