Hi there could be many reasons for weight gain. When you gain weight then obviously several other problems arises. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. We should avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. Sample diet plan breakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs. Lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti +salad +curd. Dinner - paneer tikka with green chutney. Snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea. Human sexuality is a fairly complicated process and differs a lot between men and women. While most men can easily achieve orgasm, for women, is a completely different story. Many studies and self-reporting done on this subject have shown that very few actually get to orgasm most of the time and many fake it for a host of reasons. Let’s look at a few of the top reasons why women may fake it.

  1. To make a session end – A woman, while in the act, may feel bored or want the session to end quickly especially if her partner is close to or has already achieved orgasm. She would want to fake an orgasm to bring conclusion to the session and get on with other things.

  2. To boost the ego of the partner – Women may fake orgasms to ensure that their partners don’t feel guilty or inadequate about not making them climax. Although this usually happens in long term relationships, women may even do it in short term relationships to not hurt the ego of their men.

  3. The partner doesn’t know how to bring a woman to climax – Many men don’t know how to bring their women to orgasm and thus, will try many things. There are other men who may not even care to know about pleasing their partners. In such cases, a woman may fake an orgasm as a ritual to show that she is also enjoying the act when she is actually not.

  4. Used as a strategy to retain their partner in long term relationships – Many married women or women in long term relationships use fake orgasms to ensure that their partners feel happy. This is done so that their partners continue to stay with them and feel that they have been satisfying them well enough.

  5. Faking an orgasm may lead to an actual one – Although this happens to a few women, some have reportedly stated that faking one orgasm might get them to have a real one. Some women also report being turned on by faking an orgasm.

  6. She is afraid she will be judged – Many women feel insecure that if they are unable to orgasm with their respective partners, they might be judged as inadequate or incomplete. Thus, they would fake orgasms to bring finality to cover their own insecurities.

I completely understand what you are feeling and sympathize with you... The growing of your mustache and beard is controlled by your endocrinal system... hormones... And every one has their own system... In your case I will suggest you not to temper with it.... You may get it late.... but it will come... And don't worry if you have no beard or mustache...it is not abnormal and you will not have any future troubles because of that...

The precautions to be taken are as follows - take restricted diet, avoid deep fried foods, excess fats, no direct sugar and no sweets, avoid fruits like chikkoos, mangos, grapes and bananas, exercise regularly for more than 1 h a day, no smoking and alcohol. Maintain weight near normal.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.

I am 37 years male. I am suffering with diabetes since 4 yrs. That time I diagnosed with fatty liver. I have family history of diabetes. I am maintaining my diabetic levels in normal condition. Recently I done urine analysis. Sugar was shown ++m+. Fasting blood sugar is 124. Hb1ac is 7.6. Please advise me I am so worried. I have hypertension I am taking telmaxx 40/50. Mr. lybrate-user, Glucose is filtered in the kidney and reaches urine when it is more in the blood. A normal kidney threshold for glucose is 180 mg/100 ml. If it goes higher than that then it will appear in urine as kidney is unable to reabsorb. When diabetes continues for long time, then the threshold may reduce and more glucose will get lost in the urine. If diabetes is in control then FBS should be closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c%<6.8. If you maintain blood glucose level within these limits then urine glucose is hardly present. At 37 years, you need a much stricter blood glucose control. Thanks.

Hi. For skin allergy arriving from exposure to sunlight, take sulpuhur 200/ one dose once a week and urtica urens 200/ one dose daily for a month. Along with that follow the management part as well: - avoid direct contact with the detergent soap or powder - keep your hands moisturised always, use aloe vera cream - also apply sunscreen with spf- 30 liberally means apply a thick layer of the sunscreen 20-30 minutes before going out in the sunlight on the exposed areas and repeat it's application again after 3-4hrs. - don't use any harsh hand soap, use hand soap with aloe vera in it. - apply mixture of glycerine mixed with sugar every night. - keep yourself hydrated always, drink at least 12-15 glasses of water daily (and in case there is excessice exposure to sunlight, increase the intake). - take food rich in vitamin a, c, e and protein.
