Namaste. I am anand, age 58, retired. I had undergone low back surgery l3-l4 laminectomy in jul 2017. Post recovery, my sexual life was satisfactory. Recently three months back I suffered acute low back pain due to severe coughing, diagnosed to anterolisthesis grade 1. Dr. advised for one month bed rest with calcium tab.
