Probably psychological cause. Your arousal needs proper environment. If you get the same environment in day (which you have to create yourself) you will perform similarly. Forget that it is related to toilet as it is not. Have a dark room with adequate curtains, good smell, flowers indecoration, have haldi milk before starting. Have some dirty talks and gestures as foreplay. Do it in a dedicated manner.

Hello,take homoeopathic medicine Berberis Aquifolium Q (10 drops in little amount of water) thrice a day for a week and update with the feedback. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *avoid touching your face with your hands or fingers. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water in a day. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products. *Avoid very oily, spicy and sugary foods. *Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet.

Dear Lybrate User, Stress, improper diet is one of the reason for weight gain along with that lack of exercise , improper sleep , outside eating habit etc causing weight gain. so for loosing weight not only diet but also exercise is important. do at least 30 min exercise at home . take home made meal on regular time , choose fresh and healthy diet , eat seasonal fruits once in a day and take proper 7-8 hr sleep. meditation is helpful for reliving work pressure/stress . Ayurveda suggest different methods for loose weight which include internal medicine , wt loss powder massage etc for further more details kindly revert back to me Thanking You

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain.

Take over-the-counter painkiller if intolerable pain. Eat soft diet. Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food. Drink plenty of liquids. Probiotics will be helpful. Hope this helps you. If required, consult.

How can I loose 15 kg of my weight in 1 month by doing normal things and became slim?
Hye, thanks for the query. Your weight is a balance of calories. Fad diets may promise you that counting carbs or eating a mountain of fruits will make the fats drop. But when it comes to weight loss, it's sensible eating that counts. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity. Understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Take smaller main meals. Take a glass of lime water 10 minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. All the so called fad, crash, restricted diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, don't forget the bottom line: the key to successful weight loss is a commitment to making indefinite changes in your diet and exercise habits.
