Dear Lybrater If you are eating out side food..include fruits and nuts and salad daily..This can compensate some deficiency..There is product called HARIDRARASA it is turmeric juice extract but concentrate..you can try that

Headache for 2 years needs evaluation to find the cause and receive treatment accordingly. Headache at young age can be due to 1. Tension headache: pain is band like constriction at forehead. Simple analgesics like paracetamol will help. 2. Migraine: episodes of severe headache, generally one sided and associated with nausea or vomiting, photophobia / phonophobia. Migraine treatment requires lifestyle modifications and painkillers. 3. Headache can be due to refractive error (vision defect). Simple vision check and wearing spectacles accordingly can help. 4. Sinusitis: headache with nasal discharge, fever and throat pain. Consult an ent specialist in such cases. Other causes of headache can be cluster headache, tumour, meningitis, cervical spine diseases, and many more. You will have to consult a pain specialist in your city to get treatment according to the cause your headache.

Please note that her pain in knees is due to over-weight, untill the weight is reduced all measures for knee-pain will not be that effective. Thank you for writing to us. Please follow the below recommendation for your condition: Cinnamon Tea - Directions for its use: Place the cinnamon in a mug and cover with 8 ounces of boiling water. Steep for 15 minutes before straining. Drinking 1-2 times a day. OR -- Place green tea and ginger in a strainer or sieve and cover with 8 ounces of boiling water. Steeping green tea for too long can leave it with a bitter taste, so don’t exceed 3-4 minutes. You can stir in a little raw honey if you really need to sweeten it, but avoid milk or sugar at all costs. Drink 1-2 cups daily on an empty stomach. Diet, exercise, and behavioral modification should be included in all obesity management approaches for body mass index (BMI) of 25 kg/m 2 or higher. Other tools, such as pharmacotherapy for BMI of 27 kg/m 2 or higher with comorbidity or BMI over 30 kg/m2 and bariatric surgery for BMI of 35 kg/m2 with comorbidity or BMI over 40 kg/m 2, should be used as adjuncts to behavioral modification to reduce food intake and increase physical activity when this is possible. Heat and Ice Packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of knee-pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately. : Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hi. Passing stools 2 times is absolutely normal for the age. If the consistency is loose from starting nothing to worry. If it has recently turned out to be loose then you can give a trial of probiotics for 5 to 7 days.

Take complete bed rest for at least 5 days. Apply cold pack on your knee twice a day and some ointment. Wear knee caps to provide compression at knee joints. If problem still continues, consult a doctor asap.

We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the HGH( Human Growth Hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. However, if the hormones are released naturally, increase in height can be observed. How to Increase Height? It is really difficult to increase height after the age of 25, primarily due to the fact that the bones stop growing at this age and the production of growth hormones in our body declines and finally stops. However, with a few tricks and tips, it is possible to add a few inches to your height or at least appear taller. Natural Methods to Increase your Height Natural methods to increase our height are all based on sound scientific methods and they do work if we follow them. Hi doctors I have chronic sinusitis due to some infection I am scared that I got infection from dog which was infected and died I 15 days I was very close with that dog. Are there such possibilities? Which medication or treatment help me to get rid of it?
