U can use clindamycin gel on pimples but it will not help you for dark spots! for that you need azelaic acid 10 percent cream to be applied at night time only.

U will need to undergo electrosurgery or radiofrequency ablation for this! you can also have options of intralesional mmr three weekly basis.
