I am 61 year old male, known case of hypertension on telmisartan (40) regular. Having chief complaint of pain in both lower limb starting from calf to the knee. Mostly at night while sleeping around 2 am and also in the morning at around 8 am. I also noticed mild swelling in my legs.

You need to take healthy diet in the form of fruits and vegetables, plenty of salads, increase water intake to 2-3 litres per day. Restrict your salt intake to less than 5 gram per day. Exercise regularly. Review after 2 weeks.
