Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...you can take my 'obesity treatment package' which is available on lybrate in health packages

How to reduce belly fat. Is there any kind of exercise needed for reducing belly fat.
Exercise for Belly Fat Not only females but also males desire to have flat belly. Read on and find about the best exercises for losing belly fat. Fight your belly fat with the right kind of exercise and the right diet. Belly fat can be effectively reduced with abdominal exercises. They help you to tone the abdominal area apart from enhancing the flexibility of the area. The most important point is that they resist the accumulation of fat around the belly region. The only thing that you must keep in mind is that you must regularly perform these exercises and be patient as nothing happens overnight. Exercises for Losing Belly Fat Some very simple but effective exercises to Lose Belly Fat Stretch 1 – Lie down on a floor mat. Position your legs vertically up and stay in this position for 5 to 15 seconds. This can be repeated thrice. Stretch 2 – Lie down on a floor mat. Stretch your legs straight. Place your hands behind your head and lock your fingers. Now raise your torso and bring it towards your knees. Stay in this position for 5 to 10 seconds and slowly return to your lying position. Repeat this for 15 times in sets of 5. Stretch on Chair – Lie down on a floor mat and position yourself with a chair so as to raise your legs on the chair. Your legs should be at 90 degree to the rest of your body. Place your hands behind your head and clasp your fingers. Now lift your torso and rise up as if you want to touch the knees. Continue for 15 minutes and repeat in sets of 3 or 4. Cycling – Lie down on a floor mat. Raise your legs and rotate them as if you are pedalling a cycle vigorously. Repeat the exercise for five minutes in sets of three. Breathing Exercises to Lose Belly Fat Let us briefly understand on how these work. Oxygen acts as fuel for the body. The extra oxygen that you inhale while performing the breathing exercises result in certain chemical reactions that in turn burns up more calories than you actually take in. You lose extra fat. Pavanmuktasan – for practising Pavanmuktasan, take a deep breath as you lie on your back. Bend you left knee, hold your toes and pull it towards your stomach. Simultaneously lift your head and touch your bent knee. Your other leg must be straight. Breathe in and count ten. Return to your original position and breathe out. Repeat the set with your right leg. Bhujangasan – for practising Bhujangasan lie on your stomach and place your hands under your shoulders. Lift your torso backwards using only the back muscles and not your hands. Hold your breath for 5-10 seconds and slowly return to your original position as you breathe out. Dhanurasan – Lie on your stomach and bend your knees. Hold your ankles as you breathe in. Push your body outwards in the shape of a bow and pull your head back as much as possible. Hold this position for 10 seconds and release the posture as you slowly breathe out. Apart from these there are aerobics that also help you to lose belly fat. Regular simple workouts, like jogging, walking up and down through the stairs fast also helps to shed those stubborn belly fat. But remember, it is always advisable to seek the advice of a fitness instructor before you decide as exercise regimen for yourself in order to get the maximum results. A jelly belly can be embarrassing, but more important it can also affect your health. A large belly is a sign of dangerous visceral fat, which can amass between the internal organs and cause hormonal imbalances. Visceral fat leads to insulin resistance, which in turn leads to Type 2 diabetes. It can also cause high cholesterol, contributing to cardiovascular disease. Losing stomach fat requires all-over fat loss, as there is no such thing as spot reduction. The fastest way to get rid of excess fat is with a combination of diet, exercise and lifestyle changes. Being that you want to lose your belly fast, reduce your daily caloric intake by at least 500 calories. When you eat meals, take a bite of food, place your fork down and fully chew and swallow before reaching for another bite. When choosing foods, do not eat anything that is high in fat, sodium and sugar. Keep your diet clean and high in nutrients by eating fruits, vegetables, lean meats, poultry, fish, whole grains and beans.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time . 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10.Don’t sleep in day time 11.Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor

Hi, do regular exercise. You should take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. No drink before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

Hello, If hemoglobin is low then you should be on iron supplementation but iron per se doesn't increase breast milk production.

Hi, male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia. Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. So they can try homoeopathic medication that is based on constitution and work wonders. 1. Take acid phos. 200, 5 drops, morning empty stomach, once in week. 2. Wiesbaden 200, 5 drops, daily morning empty stomach. 3. Natrum mur 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 4. Apply arnica hair growth oil (b &t) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. 5. Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

If steroids are given orally for long periods of time than only it will cause bone shrinkage but if given through nebulisation than it won't have any side effects

Restriction on height is 18 years for males. But "there is always an exception" don't stop trying. You can increase your height 2 -3 inches without age limit. I will recommend you some yoga exercise for increase your height. Do it on regular bases with a positive attitude. 1. Suryanamaskar 2. Sukhasan 3. Tadasan 4.trikodasan 5.chakrasan Along with proper diet which is rich in calcium, potassium, iron and protein. Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc.avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Acne occurs when the pores on your skin become blocked with oil, dead skin, or bacteria. Each pore on your skin is the opening to a follicle. The follicle is made up of a hair and a sebaceous (oil) gland. The oil gland releases sebum (oil), which travels up the hair, out of the pore, and onto y skin. drink water 10 glass / day wash ur face 3 times / day avoid oily food eat one orange daily Do not squeeze pimples, because that often leads to infections, worse acne and scars. Wash your hair often if your hair is oily. Try to keep your hair off of your face. if u want medicine revert me for further treatment.

Avoid cosmetics as they themselves cause acne, consult a good dermatologist in your city. Go for chemical peels / skin polishing.
