most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. it is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. there is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. i will give you a general approach to try for 4 weeks. Change food habites. Add in your daily food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, milk end milk products, green vegitabales, salad will help. Go for walking in morning or evening as per your times. Use once in a week maha bhringraj taila massaje with finger tips. Oil is narishment to hairs.

I consuming approx 6 no of raw eggs the evening time before going to gym but I want to know that, can I take more no of raw eggs in a single day (morning and evening) because I want to start workout in morning time as well to build good muscles. Is there any side effects of consuming more raw eggs.

Hye. I would advise you to try and bump up your protein intake by taking 3 whole and about 10 egg whites instead in each session of practice. Depending on what level and intensity of workout you are doing you will still achieve almost 30 grammes of protein for whites itself and get the benefits of the fats in the yolk as well. Secondly, raw eggs is an absolute no. Please go for hard boiled eggs instead. Also remember your basic diet is crucial too. You can't exclusively depend on eggs for health.

To get glowing face apply these methods : • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water . • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water . • Apply one teaspoon of fuller ' s earth (multani mitti ) add one spoon of rose water mix it apply it for 10 minutes. • Eat fruits daily and drink a glass of milk daily . • Mash half bnana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion .

To get thick & strong follow these instructions and methods: •Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use Mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and enhance hair growth.

Hello, You can try the following simple and effective home remedies: TEA TREE OIL: Use tea tree oil facewash twice a day followed by tea tree toner and an oil free moisturizer. LEMON JUICE: Apply fresh lemon juice on the affected area with a cotton ball. Leave it on for around 10 minutes then rinse with cool water. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: Mix equal parts of apple cider vinegar and water and use the mixture as a toner. Apply on your face with a cotton swab. ALOE VERA: Aloe Vera has burn-relieving properties and can promote healing, fight infection, and even reduce scarring. Scrape out the gel from an aloe plant with a spoon, and apply to your face. HONEY AND CINNAMON: Add half teaspoon of cinnamon powder with 1 tablespoon of honey and apply on face. Leave it for an hour, or if possible leave it overnight. Then wash off. BAKING SODA: Take equal parts of baking soda and water and mix them to form a thick paste. Massage with light hands in circular motion then rinse thoroughly with warm water, pat dry, and moisturize. Try what sounds good to you, and observe how it works. If it solves the problem, you don’t need to try any others. If it doesn’t seem to work, then try a different approach. Each person is different and will react differently to these remedies.

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10.Don’t sleep in day time 11.Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor

Dear Lybrateuser, -Chest pain at your age could be due to hyperacidity, stress, anxiety or sedentary habit -avoid spicy, fried & junk food, have fresh homemade food, do not skip meals, keep your meal timings fixed, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than 3 large meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime, do not lye down immediately after meals -have 7-8 glasses of water per day for proper digestion -take syrup Gelusil, 2 teaspoonful 20 min after every meal -do regular exercises like walking, jogging, swimming for 30 min, also do yoga & deep breathing exercises for 5-10 min in the morning to relieve stress & for good blood circulation -keep yourself relaxed as getting excited can lead to pain -also get your BP checked up, if not much relief then have to do investigations & consult a doctor.

1. Eat organic food. Avoid junk. 2. Drink lots of water. 3. Exercise regularly. Brisk walking is a good idea to keep weight under control. 4. Visit nature places and spend time alone. 5. Take steps to calm your mind. Worrying about the problem can only make it worse – listen to music, read or spend time gardening. Butterfly Pose can be very helpful in PCOS. Don’t flap your legs too much; instead try holding the posture for long. 1. Even more helpful is SuptaBadhakonasana (Reclining Butterfly Pose), which works just like the Butterfly Pose,this time lying down. This is what makes it extremely relaxing. To enhance the experience, play some soft music and place cushions under your hip. For beginners, it is a good idea to use cushion support while doing this posture. 2. Bharadvajasana (Bharadvaja’s Twist) is a seated spinal twist that helps PCOS patients. 3. Chakki Chalanasana (moving the grinding wheel) is a very simple exercise with several benefits. It helps massage the liver, kidneys, pancreas, uterus and the reproductive organs. 4. Shavasana (Corpse Pose) is another useful posture to try. In PCOS, the more you relax, the better you feel and this posture will help you completely relax at the end of your yoga session. 5. Padma Sadhana practice is also considered very effective for PCOS patients. 6. Make sure you don’t hold the postures that put pressure on the abdomen (Bow Pose, Superman Pose, Cobra Pose and Boat Pose) for a long time. 7. A few rounds of Sun Salutation at a faster pace can be good for weight loss; however, it is a good idea to practice only a few slow rounds daily for more relaxation.

Hi my name is akki. I'm very concerned about my fitness. I have to ask that my thighs, hips and calf are very bigger than normal. My upper part is ok but my lower body is bigger. I have done a lot of exercises for removing fat from that particular area like jogging skipping rope etc for 2 months but all in vane, these exercises reduced small amount of fat, when I see I worked a lot but not gaining any considerable result I stopped exercises now my lower portion looks as it was before exercises. And when I stopped these exercises my body weight also increased and my lower body getting more fat and also my body weight increased very very fast like last 30 days I am not working out during this period my weight increased from 71 Kg to 79 Kg I wanna to know why am I getting weight in lower body always rather than upper portion? Is it any medical issue? Am I suffering any disease?

Obaesity, being common, now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking, meal, judiciously. * go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation. Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell& tissues to curb fats cells. * go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing, regularly. * opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office. * tk, oats with green tea or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast. * tk, salad, fruits, sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian, high in proteins and fibre, maintains 1300-1600 calories through dietary regulation. * consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. * avoid, nicotine, coffee, alcohol, junk food, cookies, burger, pizza, butter, ghee, sitting on computer late in d night. # homoeo medicines which r administered gently, acts rapidly without any adverse effect, thereof. @ phyto berryq -10 drops, thrice, with little lukewarm water before each meal * your feedback will highly b appreciated for further follow up, please. You may apply listerin on your face twice a day for one hour and wash it. Do it for five days. Drink plenty of water. Do not rub or scratch the pimples. For hair loss you may drink coconut water for one month and apply almond oil in your hair thrice a day.

You might be in some shok in life end you are thinking on it. Live it past think about today end tommaro. Keep your self bussy in some activity red good books. If you don't have work than go to temple pray to god. Do meditation. In night take sarpgandha vati (tablet) 1 tablet 15 minuties before going to sleep think that I wants to sleep only no thinking. Feedback after 10 day's.
