Daily and excessive masturbation is definitely harmful for future married life. It can cause Erectile dysfunction, early ejaculation, sperms count, size problem of penis and body weakness and memory problem etc in the long run. Yes, this will make man less fertile.

For dry cough I will suggest you to take syp Ascoril-D 2.5 ml and can repeat after a gap of six hours as and when required and Take Cp. Amoxicillin 500 mg twelve hourly one after breakfast and one after dinner for five days.

Continue your old tablets and first get yourself screened up for hba1c test to know about 3 months sugar control. After that any medicine can be prescribed.

Hi, however late do I sleep, my sleep breaks at around 5 30 to 6. I try to sleep after that but can not. What's the reason? I usually have some work so I can not sleep early at night. I feel inactive whole day due to lack of sleep.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill

Please take Ayurvedic medicine for this problem. Tab. Gasex .2 tab.× 3 times in a day Tab. Shankhavati 2 tab.× 2 times in a day. Triphala churna 2 tsp with warm water at bed time for get a loos motion. If you are digestion improve then you r all problems are solve.

Please wake up early and start doing yoga and pranayam daily have a habit of walking daily take special chyawanprash by patanjali regularly 1tsf 2 times take somasav 15 ml twice daily with water kankasav 15 ml twice daily with water re consult me on lybrate after 15 days for further advice.
