*To control the oily secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive oily secretion on face So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging. Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 minutes. • Drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. Apply rose water on your face daily for 5 minutes. * you can rub a piece of cucumber on your face leave it for 5 minutes, rinse with water. * Take proper sleep of 6 to 7 hrs daily. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. *You can apply cucumber juice or mixed with curd for 5 minutes and rinse with water.

1. Chapati----2-3 only at once made up by wheat + jwar +bajara+ jau (barly). Do not mix chana and makka. 2. Avoid rice if you want to takes rice only red rice once in a week 1/2 plate. 3. Avoid all dry fruits. 4. Avoid sugar containing diet and sugar, completely stopped) 5. Dal only moong and masoor 6. Leafy vegetable allow in boiled form without any oil, avoid roots vegetable like potato, chukander etc. 7. Onion garlic you should take suffecient quantity. 8 fruits only one apple allow no other fruits. 9. Take lukewarm water daily at least 4-6 litter 10 milk product stopped. 11. Tea coffee completely stopped only you can takes green tea. 12. No spicy items, hotel meal and fast foods completely stopped. If you follow the diet plan your weight will be reduced up 7-10 kg in a months.

All type of exercises can be classified under two broad headings:- (1) HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training (2) LISS or Low intensity Steady Stamina. In short just remember that HIIT is weight training & LISS is cardio exercise like swimming & running. Both the form of exercise increases the rate of metabolism. Just try to do some few exercises not more than 30 minutes before your breakfast. If you have a gym nearby or if you have the required accessories at home then you can do weight training, otherwise just go for jogging or swimming for just 30 minutes before your breakfast. Exercising at the starting of the day will give a boost start to your metabolism thus helping you to lose weight quickly. But remember the exercise should not last for more than 30 minutes & it should be strictly before your breakfast.

*hair fall, dandruff and tendency for gray hair are dependent on several factors. We have good treatment in homoeopathy without causing adverse effects. Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

This back pain is due to no back exercise. Due to this muscle get stiff. When suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start. In ayurved there is mentioned one procedure kati basti. Do this for five days with medicated oil if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation. So consult ayurvedic doctor near you. You will definitely get good result.

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear Lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear MCR Chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back.

Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach. Consult doctor.

Avoid things like soda, diet soda or any drinks, artificial colors and sweeteners, white flour, overly processed foods, fast food, etc Your morning breakfast starting should be from oatsmeal..its best for healthy fit... one or two fruit should be consume daily. pulses curd paneer etc high protein diet are very good for being fit... U shuld take proper 7 to 8hr sleep in night.. consume high fibre diet.. ur diet should be rich in fruits and vegetables... Avoid junk foods...Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week preferable you can join regular gym or jogging in the morning

I'm a 19 year old male. It's been almost 4 years since I visited a dentist and I'm ashamed about it. I feel terribly afraid to visit a dentist due to the fear of pain and needle phobia that i have. I finally found that there was something called sedative dentistry and I have learnt more about it on the internet. This gave me a little hope and looking forward to get treated. Yes there is. But its used for pedo(small childrens) in most of the cases or in case of a surgical procedure in case of adults. For small procedures like simple root canal treatments or simple extractions there is no need for sedation.Visit your dentist he will explain you the procedure and will guide you to over come your fear. Nowadays due to advance technology its not painful as it was years back. You make take diazipam before treatment . It will help you to over come your anxiety.

It could be due to GERD (gastro oesophageal reflux disease. Do upper GI endoscopy after consulting Gastro enterologist and follow the advice and treatment.
