Hye. Thank you for your query. Most common reasons for hiccups are- -Stretching of the stomach after eating or drinking -Sudden emotional excitement -Sudden change of air temperature (eg. Cool shower) -Very hot/cold food or drink -A large meal -Alcohol or excess smoking. Here are some remedies you can try out to stop the hiccups. - Cinnamon powder is an effective remedy for hiccups. Boil 1 ½ cups of water and add a teaspoon of freshly ground cardamom powder in it. Allow the liquid to cool and then strain the liquid and drink. This remedy helps the muscles of the diaphragm to relax and this will stop your hiccups. - Chew and suck on a piece of fresh ginger. - Place a teaspoon of sugar below your tongue and let it gradually melt. -Drink a glass full of iced water. This sudden strong temperature can help the diaphragm muscles to relax. If the hiccups persist for more than 3-4 hour, you need to see your physician to detect other more serious underlying medical conditions.

Do gargle with warm water thrice a day. take sinarest it contains ( Acetaminophen+ Pseudoephedrine+ chlorpheniramine). Acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, and pseudoephedrine is a combination medicine used to treat headache, fever, body aches, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and sinus congestion caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu. in cold pain may be radiate ear to throat.

Hello- itching in private region is a kind of fungal infestation found in over weight persons. It occurs due to excess of sweating may occur due to tight clothing. It may or may not be associated with itching and scaling. 1) maintain proper hygiene, wear loose clothes and inner wares. 2) mob the area with wet cotton and apply neem tail twice a day. 3) you can also apply masoor dal powder with milk as a paste in the affected area. 4) applying tulsi (basil leaves) extract in affected area also responds quickly. 5) treat your digestion problem if having.

Walk daily for a long do exercises do not eat fried. Eat fruits and saild. And normal food. Eat trifla churn in morning empty stomach. With luke water. Then walk. Take care.

Simple method: consume less calories than you spend by physical work. Increase physical activity. Increase salads and raw food/ boiled food in your diet and decrease fats, sweets and heavy diet. Any other problem may be informed for specific advise.

Dear, These are the causes of pimples: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance. These are the methods & instructions to avoid pimples: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin.

Apply mixture of amalaki musta haridra manjishtha amraharidra raktachandanacha and masurdal powder in equal quantity with rose waster daily at least for 20 mins and apply manjishtha with honey for pigmentation.

Avoid spicy food in your diet and also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water and take tablet metrogyl 400 mg 1-1-1 for five days.

Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy): 1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. Consult physician/me for further management

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Early morning-lukewarm water with lemon 1 glass tea without sugar + 2 biscuits breakfast-2 hard boiled eggs + 2 slice brown bread or 2 scrambled eggs + 1 slice brown bread+ skimmed milk 1 cup (240 gm) mid-morning-1 banana/1/2 cup melon/20 grapes lunch-brown rice 1 cup (195 gm) + chicken/dal (100 gm) + mixed vegetables 1/2 cup + salad 1 bowl evening-butter milk 1 cup dinner-1 roti + fish/ green leafy vegetables (50 gm) + lentils dal 1/2 cup+ raita 1 small bowl dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

HI Lybrate USER. 1) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and garlic juice on nose…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes…. After that wash it with lukewarm water. Do this 2 times in a day. Do this for 15 days. It gives you good result. Thanks.

Hello you need to focus on exercise like walking or stretching for at least 20-30 mins 5 days a week along with healthy lifestyle. Avoid fried foods, sweets n carbonated beverages include foods like green tea, buttermilk, salad vegetables like onion, cucumber, kakri, carrot, cabbage, fruits like watermelon, apple, pear, lemon water.
