You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day Get check eyes for refractive error complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis It may be due to stress This problem can be solved by Meditation you can go for regular Physical exercise consult privately for further management

Hello I am having disc degeneration in C4-5,5-6,6-7 and bulge in c6-7 and in l4-5 and my age is 26. As doctor advised me to do exercise daily and I am doing so but am fail to achieve results still there's pain in my right upper back and in hip region. Hello good morning sir. Sir plzz send the MRI. Go to the physiotherapist. Physiotherapy management in this case. First we all do the physical assismemts. And after assismemt. Will do the start treatment. 1. MANUAL THERAPY is the best treatment in you're case. 2. Ultrasonic therapy with in 1.2 intensity and 3 min. 3. TENS with hydrocolltral pack. With in 12 min conditions mode. And No excersis few days. After few days. Excersis should be started. 1. Ankle toe pump movement. In 10 time of both leg. 2. Heal slide one bye one leg in 10 time both leg. 3. SLR without hold one bye one leg in 10 time 4. Stretching on calf and hamstring muscles. On both legs. In 2 times And all excersis depend upon condition on patient. HOME PRECAUTION. Hot fermentation 2-3 a day. No exercise. Thank you.

This form of low back pain is amplified with periods of stress, poor posture, weak abdominals and/or excessive body weight. There are many exercises that should be performed to address the issue of back pain from standing. These exercises try to relieve both the tightness and imbalances in the lumbar spine. Please consult a physiotherapist privately to learn these exercises. Here are a few simple tips to try at home: -heat therapy can provide both pain relief and healing benefits for many types of lower back pain. Try use heat therapy in form of heating pads, heat wraps, hot baths, etc. -keep moving and keep your back mobile. -stretch. Don't sit slumped in your desk chair all day. Get up every 20 minutes or so and stretch the other way. Because most of us spend a lot of time bending forward in our jobs, it's important to stand up and stretch backward throughout the day. -think ergonomically. Design your workspace so you don't have to hunch forward to see your computer monitor or reach way out for your mouse. Use a desk chair that supports your lower back and allows you to keep your feet planted firmly on the floor. -watch your posture. Slumping makes it harder for your back to support your weight. Be especially careful of your posture when lifting heavy objects. Never bend over from the waist. Instead, bend and straighten from the knees. -watch your weight. Use diet and exercise to keep your weight within a healthy range for your height. Being overweight puts excess stress on your spine. Go and see a doctor if -your low back pain is severe, doesn't go away after a few days, or it hurts even when you're at rest or lying down. You have weakness or numbness in your legs, or you have trouble standing or walking. You lose control over your bowels or bladder. These could be signs that you have a nerve problem or another underlying medical condition that needs to be treated.

Requires detailed investigation and examination Presently investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. Anyway you may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Dear lybrate-user, kindly get same examined as it might be postural lbp or pivd. Kindly improve your sitting posture. Avoid slouching or sitting without back support for long duration. Avoid long hours of continuos sitting. Take break after every 1 hour & move around. Take proper diet/milk & do 10 minutes of back strengthening ex's.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -some physiotherapy treatment like ift current can give you some relief. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the knee against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Tea. Alcohol. Avoid alcohol consumption. Do pranayama early morning.

Hello Lybrate user,  Back pain that is associated with day time sedentary jobs like computer professional s are associated with paraspinal muscle spasms. The best way to tackle this sort of pain is to do well spaced Stretching exercises of the back, back extension exercises, using hot water bags to provide relief and avoiding stooping posture while sitting. Posture also plays a very important part in back pain, always maintain a straight posture while sitting. While getting up from the bed try to first go on your left or right side of the body and get up side ways. Avoid Cruntches or Sit-ups: they may increase the pressure on your back and may predispose to Slip Disc. Always maintain a healthy Lifestyle in terms of regular brisk walking, meditation, eating healthy. P. S: Try to avoid pain killers (Analgesics) as much as possible as many are associated with Side effects that you may not be aware of. Stay Healthy. Stay Happy God bless you.
