Hi lybrate-user, for effective weight loss one should be determined & start with adding few changes in the life style as it should not be a short time fix! 1. Start maintaining a diet diary, measure what you are eating. 2. Go for a min 30 minutes of a brisk walk or cardio. 3. Have small frequent meals. 4. Increase your water intake. 5. Add colour to your plate in form different vegetables & add protein to your every meal 6. Cut down on unhealthy snacks, aerated drinks, sweets. 7. Reduce salt intake. 8. Never skip breakfast. 9. Do not starve yourself. 10. Enrich your diet with fibre. 11. Get atleast 7-8 hour of sleep at night. 12. Avoid stress. 13. Believe in yourself. 14. Don not rush weight loss- bad habits are difficult to break. Do not be hard on yourself.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Hello you should Use Tab HAIRBLESS once a day, Wash your hairs with Revilus Shampoo on alternate days, Apply Follihair serum twice a day, Take good diet like pulses cheese and eat Salad n Fruits avoid using oily n sugary foods and drinks, do regular exercise.

DIET PLANS ?WEIGHT LOSS 1200 Calorie Vegetarian Indian Diet Plan Menu To Lose Weight By following this menu guide, you will be able to restrict your food consumption to just 1200 calories to 1300 calories a day and thereby you will feel lighter after a couple of weeks of following this weight loss diet menu. The vegetarian diet menu is as follows: Early Morning (7 Am): o A glass of lukewarm water with lemon (0 calories). o A cup of tea with skim milk, no sugar and 2 biscuits (90 calories) Breakfast (8 am): o 2 Wheat Rotis or chapattis + � cup of Paneer gravy (tofu is better) (330 calories). Or o A plate of brown bread upma and a cup of skim milk (300 calories). Mid Morning Snack: (10:30 am): o A banana or 20 Grapes or � cup melon (50 calories). Hi, Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M. After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M, drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL, 2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. ,Hi, avoid oily, spicy foods drink lots of water wash your face frequently with mild face wash apply the paste of oats and honey weekly once Neem is a wonderful herb that will help you for sure. Boil some neem leaves in water and keep it over night. Next morning wash your face with that water and allow till it get dry. I can give you some internal medicines too. That will help to get rid of all your problems.

Have a intra uterine devise or loop inserted. It will provide hassle free life without pregnancy. Second choice is contraceptive pills. These are to be taken every month after period. Some mild side effects are possible. And if you forget to take tablets, risk increases. Third is condom, male or female. It is safe, but use good quality.

Hello. Its due to change of weather and unhealthy dietary habits. Follow these steps to reduce dryness- 1. Eat healthy diet like all green leafy veges, fresh fruits. Include green salad in your diet. Its good for healthy skin. 2. Drink plenty of water atleast 10-12 glass daily to keep skin hydrated. 3. Protein is good foor healthy skin. Its high in soya food and non veg. 4. Nuts are also good for healthy body. Its rich in fiber and natural oil and omega 3. It reduces dryness 5. Use mild face wash or milk containing soap. Use cocoa rich cream. Its good for dryness 6.
