I am 44 years old and the doctor advised me to start calcium tablets. However, calcium, iron does not agree with me. Natural intake of calcium like curd, milk in breakfast also causes me gas trouble. I experience pain in stomach. I have a desk job but even with conscious efforts to do some walking in office doesn't help. I cannot have anything made of refined flour, besan, sprouts. It causes me bloating and heaviness in my stomach. I also have low digestion capacity. I am largely a vegetarian and have fish very rarely may be once in 3 months. Kindly advise.

Your symptom are similar to that of IBS(irritable bowel syndrome)thus you need to avoid the following. 1.Milk and milk products(curd,cheese,paneer,ice-creams,khoya etc) 2.Wheat and wheat products and oats. 3.Use rice products like rice,idli rawa,flaked rice(poha),poped rice,jowar,bajra and ragi etc. 4.Avoid margarine,hydrogenated fat and omega-6 rich oil.Use nly rice-bran oil/olive oil and white butter. 5.Have bland preparations,small feed at frequent intervals. 6.Do not take fruits in empty stomach.only walnuts can be tried in the morning.

Hi I am 29 years old just couples of days I got sever head ache, I went to doc he checked my bp and for my surprises it was 200. The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools  -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Ayurveda is a system of medicine that takes a holistic approach to treat various diseases. It is believed in Ayurveda that when a disease occurs in your body then it means that the mind, body and soul is unbalanced. 

It is believed that everyone is made up of five elements that is  earth, air, water, ether and fire. If all of these elements in the body are well balanced, then the body tends to function in a healthy manner. An illness is a sign that one or multiple elements in the body are not balanced. A practitioner carries out a diagnosis of your diet, lifestyle, seeks to find out the cause of the imbalance and provides treatment accordingly. 
Diabetes is a condition in the body, which is characterized by blood sugar spikes that result in the body being unable to use the glucose in the body. 

The various symptoms of diabetes are outlined below

  1. Fatigue: You may experience fatigue as the glucose in the body will not be effectively utilized.
  2. Frequent urination: You may urinate frequently because of the presence of excess glucose in the blood.
  3. Weight gain: You may experience weight gain.
  4. Bruises take longer time to heal: Injuries take more time to heal if there is too much glucose concentration in the body.

The various ayurvedic remedies for diabetes are

  1. Eating bitter gourd with ghee is good for bringing down blood sugar levels.
  2. Bitter gourd juice can also be an effective remedial measure.
  3. Make a mixture of turmeric, powdered fenugreek seeds, white pepper and milk. Consume this drink at least twice a day.
  4. Combine "neem" leaves, "tulsi" and "belpatras" with a glass of water and drink it on empty stomach to keep diabetes at bay.
  5. Limit sugar consumption by restricting foods such as banana, potato and rice.
  6. Consume bitter vegetables
  7. You should exercise on a regular basis; activities such as running, strength training and yoga will help you manage diabetes better
  8. Consume lots of green vegetables and herbs as they assist in insulin production.

You need to reschedule your insulin doses the level of insulin in the evening as you mentioned is very low and you may go in to coma due to hypoglycemia keep a pouch of sugar always with you for emergency. Consult your doctor immediately for review of your insulin dosing.

This depends on the state of your problem, usually in 15 days time your pain should have been better if the remedy is suited to your case. If its better then you should not take this further. If your pain is similar and Mag Phos offered no relief then also there is no reason to take this medicine any longer. Your case need a re evaluation and remedy or potency might be changed or both.

You need to have diet plan based on your bmi & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 kms and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.
