Try this first. Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Consult after 5 days. Do not do from top to bottom. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Report after 5 days.

Pain in lower back and leg due to excessive masturbation. Are there any medications?

Pain in lower back and leg due to excessive masturbation. Are there any medications?
Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. MASTURBATION is normal, natural and never unhealthy. But Excess masturbation can kill your sexual stamina. Excess masturbation can also cause anxiety disorder, depression and thereby erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation etc. You can be sure; there are no side effects to masturbation if you are able to restrict it to thrice a week. Jogging and physical exercise are always good to keep you fit and stop worrying about sex and allied thinking. I suggest online sex counseling and therapy. Take care.

Hi , first and foremost eat nutritious and balanced diet, remember you need proteins, calcium and adequate fat for good musculoskeletal health along with easy to follow and functional exs programme. Swimming is an ideal exercise for u, but if you don't have access I would suggest walking to begin with in d morning sun, hydrate yourself well, good posture and following back ergonomics.

Ligament injury is quite serious condition especially at ankle region as ankle joint is very important joint as it takes the entire body weight and it acts like torsion ie. The kinetic force is taken ie. The moving force is taken by the joint and the entire body weight is taken by both the ankle during walking, running and standing. It is prone to more vulnerability especially during movements (kinetic action of the body) The ligament injury wouldn't have healed properly that's the reason for you to have pain while you started walking or running or while kicking during sport activity. Generally lower limb takes more time to heal as the entire body weight is taken by the foot. It is important to wear MCR chappals as it distributes the weight evenly and it makes the foot to feel less pressure. You can take good Iron supplement, calcium and vitamin D which will help you to have quick recovery and also it helps for quick healing and recovery. You can do hot water fermentation will help to reduce the inflammation and it helps to have better range of motion. If you practice this way it will not hurt your foot any more.

Osteoarthritis is a joint inflammation that results from cartilage degeneration. Osteoarthritis can be caused by aging, heredity and injury from trauma or disease. The most common symptom of osteoarthritis is pain in the affected joint after repetitive use. Other symptoms are swollen joints, stiffness, creaking, loss of range of motion. Cartilage formation technique help to reducing pain and swelling and regain cartilage with mobility and flexibility of joint. As per MRI the nerve which passes from vertebrae is compressed due to disc put pressure on nerve root, so that's created the paon in back and in various cases it goes downward to leg. It's avooded by exercises and physical therapy. For more query and for better conversation consult privately or book an appointment.
