Leg PainIf you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain. That's the reason you cannot sit or stand and it is exactly around the L5 vertebrae where the sciatic nerve passes by.

My ankle has been since last week applied balm & all but didn't got relief. Please help me.

Hi take rest keep ankle elevated apply cold pack for 20 minutes/thrice a day apply compression bandage. Do ankle toe movement. Take ultrasound therapy at physiotherapy clinic. Still pain doesn't go get it xray done and consult me via lybrate.

Yes first of all you should know what has happened to you ,here we go- The excessive force causes the muscles to swell and increases the pressure against the bone, leading to pain and inflammation. Shin splints can happen to  Athletes with muscle weakness of the triceps surae are more prone to muscle fatigue, leading to altered running mechanics, and strain on the tibia. Inflexibility and imbalance of the hamstring and quadriceps. Running on a hard or uneven surface and bad running shoes (like a poor shock absorbing capacity) Biomechanical abnormalities as foot arch abnormalities, hyperpronation of the foot, unequal leg length.  2-6 weeks of rest.  The cryotherapy can be used after exercise for a period of 20 minutes Go to a good Physiotherapist. Ask for ultrasound, he will give you srengthening Exs of calf ,solus and dorsiflexor of foot ,core stability with strong abdominal, gluteal, and hip muscles can improve running mechanics and prevent lower-extremity overuse injuries. Taping the arch of the foot or the affected leg muscles Soleus ,Calf and foot muscle stretches Single-leg exercises including squats, reaching exercises, or heel raises Modified take off and landing techniques for jumping athletes Modified leg and foot control during walking and running New footwear or orthotics or shoe inserts that support the arch of the foot. For foot flatten out too much, or if your foot muscles are weak. Can this Injury or Condition be Prevented? Yes! Get an annual functional fitness examination, including strength, flexibility, mobility, and sport-specific analyses. Perform dynamic stretches before exercising and static stretches after exercise Perform strength and endurance exercises for the foot, hip, and pelvic musclesPerform balance exercises on each leg Follow a recommended training program when starting or progressing your exercise program.

Hello ! it is curable if you restrict your diet , and adopt Plant Based diet, Gluten free diet, avoid dairy products, avoid Nightshade category foods, and incorporate Good amount of anti-inflammatory foods into your daily diet. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation. Advice. Regular stretching of shoulder muscles. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation.
