Workouts have to be coupled with before and after meals. Start with a fruit smoothie after workouts. You can mix one spoon protein powder in the smoothie as well.

Hey! you can try with the following:- 1. Start having a glass of warm water with lemon within 15 minutes of getting up. 2. Have a healthy breakfast. 3. Eat every two hours.
