I am diabetic from an year but very lean n thin. My triglycerides is also high Wt. 50 kg Age 29 Ht. 157 cm Taking full precautions I.e. No sugar or any diary product, never using rice or potatoes, no packepacked snacks And using lemon with warm water in morning, Jamun seeds, fenugreek, cinnamon and suggested medicine BUT SUGAR IS NOT CONTROLLED fully. If any medicine taken for sugar control maximum a weak feel better after that sugar is near about control but health is down continuously. Currently I am taking IME9 .So please help. Boil the 20 gm shoots of neem in 100 ml mustard oil and mix finely. On cooling apply this mixture on the infected itching skin. This is very effective in itching skin treatment.

Diabetes is a lifestyle disease, hence the most important treatment for controlling diabetes is to follow proper diet and lifestyle. One must keep in mind for controlling blood sugar and its complications:
1. Maintain body weight.
2. Do not fast/ don't have a long break in meals. Instead of having three big meals, start 5-6 frequent but small meals.
3. Do regular light exercise along with meditation (stress is a major factor for uncontrolled blood sugar)
4. Take more sprouts.
5. Instead of pure curd, take diluted curd mixed with cucumber, onion (raayta).
6. Use cow milk and its products.
7. In fruits, you may take papaya, apple, orange, pear, jamun, guava in average quantity.
8. Soybean chunks, dal, and atta is good.
9. Use multi-grain atta (wheat+ jau+ bajra). Avoid plain only wheat floor chapatis.
10. Sabudana khichri is good for breakfast.
11. Curd made by methi seeds is good (boil the milk with methi seeds and make curd of this).
12. Take unpolished rice more and take less white rice.
13. Strictly, do not take sugar in liquid form, like shikanji, coke, but not so harmful to take solid sugar like a piece of mithai (just as comparatively not recommended regularly).
Mix 1/4th part of lemon extract, some haldi / haridra (turmeric, curcuma longa) powder and a little amount of salt. Warm this mixture with some warm water and prepare a paste. Apply this paste on face and wait to dry paste. Wash the face with cold water gently. Use this home remedy once a week to get rid of acne.

Why is it important? 3 x 1/2 minutes will greatly reduce the number of sudden deaths. Often this occurs, a person who still look healthy, has died in the night. Often we hear stories of people, yesterday I was chatting with him, why did he suddenly die? the reason is that when you wake up at night to go to the bathroom is often done in a rush. Immediately we stand, the brain lacks blood flow. Why '3 x 1/2 minute' very important? in the middle of the night when you are awakened by the urge to urinate, for example, the ecg pattern can change. Because getting up suddenly, the brain will be anaemic and causes heart failure due to lack of blood. Advised to practice '3 1/2 minutes' which are:
1. When waking from sleep, lie in bed for the 1st 1/2 minute;
2. Sit in bed for the next 1/2 minute;
3. Lower your legs, sitting on the edge of the bed for the last half-minute. After 3 x 1/2 minutes, you will not have anaemic brain and heart will not fail, reducing the possibility of a fall and sudden death.
It can occur regardless of age; young or old.
