Anulom vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Avoid oily, fatty and fried food. Do cardio excercises in morning hours. Do evening walk for 25 minutes after taking of dinner.

You have to avoid oily, spicy, and fatty food. Stopped addiction if any. Go for jogging early in morning. Take your dinner before 8pm and go for evening walk of 30 minutes. Go to sleep after 3 hours of dinner. Eat seasonal fruits regulerly with meals, avoid sweets and excessive salt in diet.
