Hi you may want a root canal to ease your pain if the cavity is very deep. If the cavity is small and not deep a filling will do.

Hi. You may be having a condition called pulp polyp a complication of long term decay. Pl do a root canal. Cleaning from a dentist will make your gums more strong.
