Hello,Homeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. Your hairs are turning white and there is hair fall also. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet rice in proteins. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take lots of water daily. Use shampoo only three times a week. Follow this and give feedback.

Hi if you want to gain weight, you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest.

16 year old female. I have been experiencing heaviness in my head/ not actually headache and depression lately. Is it because I oversleep or lack sleep since I usually feel sleepy at around 8 pm which is when I return from my coaching. But when I do go to bed at around 10 I don't feel sleepy and so I end up sleeping at around 12 am and wake up around 8-9 am? Also I tend to overeat so could you please suggest a diet plan for me. You make a fixed timetable for your daily routine including your activities eating exercises sleeping and getting up timings and once you start following it regularly your condition will improve For your diet you are still young only thing is don't eat too much fried spicy and junk food otherwise you can eat any thing but in limited quantities for which you will have to decide on your own

Don't worry. Do some mild exercise at evening. Avoid coffee. Tke light foods at night. Do shower before sleep. Review me after 7 days.

Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Hello,Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Hello lybrate-user, green tea (2-3 cups/day) and jogging (30-45 mins/3-4 days/week) both promote fat loss. Fat loss is the result of a holistic approach that includes- 1. Balanced diet rich in proteins and fibre like- egg, chicken, fish, milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, oats, wholegrain cereals and pulses, fruits and vegetables (fibre) 2. Exercise- doing 40-50 minutes of moderate to high intensity activity for 4-5 days/ week will help (walking/jogging/swimming etc) 3. Adding good quality fat like nuts and oilseeds-almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds (alsi) will help. 4. Rest for 7-8 hours to rejuvenate your system so it can work efficiently. 5. The main symptoms of leprosy include: muscle weakness. Numbness in the hands, arms, feet, and legs. Skin lesions. Cure: prescribed antibiotics medications are the primary treatment for leprosy. Compliance with the full course of antibiotics is crucial to successful treatment. Patients should also be educated to closely inspect their hands and feet for possible injuries sustained which may go unnoticed because of the loss of sensation. Ulcers or tissue damage can result, leading to skin infections and disability. Proper footwear and injury prevention should be encouraged. If ignored it can be very dangerous.

pigmentation is due to overproduction of melanin by the pigment cells, melanocytes, which is taken up by the keratinocytes (epidermal melanosis) and/or deposited in the dermis.pigmentation may be due to autoimmune diseases and allergies,hormonal imbalance,any infection or skin disease.treatment for discolored skin patches depends on the underlying cause. If there is finds an underlying health condition,it attempt to treat that particular condition first. The skin discoloration may be resolved with medical treatments or home remedies.you can try some home remedy like. Over-the-counter creams: Vitamin A or E creams can help reduce the appearance of skin discoloration and boost overall skin health. Lemon juice: Apply lemon juice twice per day to lighten skin areas that have darkened. This may reduce the appearance of discolored skin patches in six to eight weeks. Castor oil: Apply castor oil to discolored areas twice per day, or wear a bandage soaked in castor oil overnight. This can help smooth the skin and break down excess melanin. Gargling with lukewarm water added with little bit salt. Take tea of tulasi and turmeric and elayachi. Avoid sleeping just after lunch. Take light diet for a week.
