I have a knee problem. I can't walk more than 5 mins. So can you tell me what should I do?
Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. Hello lybrate user, gum bleeding is because of infection in gums. Infected gums are sensitive to touch also so when your brush is in contact with infected gums it bleeds. If you want to get rid off it you have to go for professional cleaning of your gums. Your tooth pain is because of cavity in your teeth for that you have to undergo root canal treatment.

My period has got delayed by 1 month but I am neither pregnant nor have any thyroid problems. Blood clot has started to come while passing urine after 35 days of delay but still no full fledged period after 2 days of this. Should I take pill to induce my period now. There are no specific and effective medicines available to increase the height. I will advice you to do some stretching exercises. Do cycling, swimming ect. Eat balanced diet. Take proteins, vitamin b and d rich diet. Like soyabean, milk, egg, fruits etc.

Apple cider vinegar to reduce hair fall apple cider vinegar can be effective to control hair fall and it gives soft and manageable hairs. Mix one part of apple cider vinegar in one part of water. Take this mixture in a spray bottle and spray onto your scalp and hairs. Massage gently and leave on for 5 minutes before washing off with a mild cleanser. If you do not like the smell of acv, just mix a little amount of your regular oil to the vinegar and use it. For better results make use of this treatment at least twice a week.

Monkey Bar Hanging:-Another common exercise proven to increase your height naturally– and it works. Hanging will give you an amazing result if done regularly, preferably thrice in a week, 10 minutes for each session. Hang on to a monkey bar, you may bend your knees if the bar is too low. You may hang for about 20-30 seconds, and repeat it for 5-7 times.

To lower down body heat- * drink 10 ml gulab jal twice a day with a glass of water. * do not eat non veg (chicken, eggs), peanuts (moong fali), dry fruits especially kashew (kaju). * drink upto 2-3 liters of water everyday. * practice sheetali pranayan in the morning for 5-8 minutes.

There is something form your past that has probably come up for the last time looking for a resolution sometime around 16-18 years and now you have to deal with that anger for the rest of your life, if you do nothing about it now. You are right that it has to do with anger. Do you know of any situation or event that might have triggered this anger in your childhood? if not ask your parents. Then visit a counselor and deal with it. It is this anger that is unexpressed that is giving you headaches and is also provoking the suicidal drive. Your life is very precious and just because you have not expressed some legitimate anger, it can turn around and want to cause you harm! you must be in charge of your feelings and when you do not express them they will take charge of you. In the meantime do a lot of vigorous exercise daily and that will expend the energy of the anger to make you feel better until you seek professional help.

Panic Disorder- How To Control It

A panic attack is an intense and sudden feeling of fear that may lead the person to lose control and fear that he is dying. The intensity of the attack normally hits for around ten minutes though the symptoms may linger on after that. It normally occurs without prior signals and is typically unrelated to any of the underlying health troubles.

Ways to Control Panic Attack Symptoms-

If you are experiencing signs of panic attacks, then it is imperative to undergo proper medical treatment to find out any deeper medical problem related to these symptoms. If there is no definite cause, which is required to be treated, then there are various ways of controlling the panic attacks.

  1. Proper education: If panic attacks are left untreated for a long time, then it may lead to panic disorder, which includes frequent and recurrent panic attacks within a short span. So, it is important to have proper knowledge for combating panic disorders. You will have to understand how the fear centre of the brain works in order to recognise what panic disorder is. It is imperative to understand that the signs of panic disorder have no connection with any severe illness.

  2. Calm breathing: When a person is hit with a panic disorder, it is natural to take short, shallow breaths. You will have to take control of your breath and try to create a slow stream of air within and breathe it out, which will prevent hyperventilation and an accumulation of carbon-dioxide in the blood. It is recommended to practice slow breathing in a normal state of mind, so that you have a good hold over the technique which would come in handy when a panic attack occurs. You will have to breathe in for five seconds and hold the breath for one second before you exhale it out, spanning through four seconds. Repeat the process several times until you start experiencing a soothing feel.

  3. Muscle relaxation: Then you must try to learn how to relax the body by tensing and then relaxing different muscles, which will reduce the overall anxiety and stress levels causing panic attacks. You can start working on the muscles of your feet and then slowly move on to the forehead. You will have to tighten each muscle group while taking a deep breath, hold it for a few moments and release it while breathing out.

In case you think you are suffering from a panic disorder, it is imperative to waste no time and talk to a psychologist without further delay.

I'm working for an MNC company and due to personal and professional problems. I was not able to concentrate on my office work and I get distracted from work easily when one or the other things comes to my mind. Also if I concentrate more and put stress on my mind to concentrate in one place I feel like my whole energy is exhausted and feel like fear and not interested in anymore and anything. Pls give me. A little bit of stress, known as “acute stress,” can be exciting—it keeps us active and alert. But long-term, or “chronic stress,” can have detrimental effects on health. There is nothing to worry much about stress because stress is part of your body's defense mechanism. Stress is essential too. You may not be able to control the stressors in your world, but you can alter your reaction to them. I need to know, what are the causes with which you are stressed? Once you know the reason, you will be able to adjust with it with some tips and tricks. Please let me know the details. Take care.
