Dear lybrate-user most probabaly the colour change of tooth happens due to damaged soft tissues inside the tooth. You probably need a root canal treatment to save the tooth.

Hi, my teeth are sensitive as hot and cold stuff give me sensation. I use sansodyan twice and getting relief. However, can you help me to suggest any other better option.

You must contact dentist also as it may be due to dental caries or gum problems. Sometimes toothbrush abrasions also leads to sensitivity, so a dentist can use cement to block that abrasions and you will be having relief.

Difficulty in opening mouth hv so mny reasons. Like chewing tobaco. Problem in tempero-mendibular articulation. Angular stomatitis etc. It's need proper diagnosis and treatment. I think you should consult with oro-dental surgeon. Sometime surgical intervention needed also.

My salivary gland secretion is very much high ever moment I have to split what can I do to over secretion of saliva.

MDS - Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Dentist, Chennai
Although excessive saliva is not too common, there are a number of conditions that can cause it - some harmless, others more serious. It is possible that your saliva problems are just a result of the way you speak. Some people speak faster or slower than others, just as some people blink more often, breathe faster, or have a more rapid heartbeat. This may just be what's normal for you. Since it is negatively affecting your life, I suggest your problem can be ignored. However there are medical conditions that causes excessive salivation injection glycopyrrolate reduces secretions in the mouth, throat, airway, and stomach.

Hello dear, it seems you are facing problem of bleeding gums, it is not necessary that you have bleeding gums due to rashly done brushing but your gums may be swollen and your teeth may need scaling. Sometimes while doing brushing quickly or harshly the bristles of brush may cause injury to gingiva which may cause bleeding. As you told that you have many cavities certainly some of your tooth may be broken and may cause bleeding.
