Don't eat it more than once a day. Clean your teeth properly after you eat or drink anything. Get you teeth x-rayed to determine the extent of decay. Get your cavities filled accordingly with or without root canal treatment.

Hello sushant, you may not be having alcohol allergy, you may be having ANGULAR CHEILITIS present at the corner of the mouth because of decreased vertical height of your jaw, nutritional deficiency, dry mouth..pls send photographs of the lesion for better advice.

Sometimes the filling remains a bit high. So while chewing when teeth come in contact. You feel pain. Or otherwise if the filling is very near to the tooth inner structure we call it pulp. Then also you may get pain. X ray will reveal the truth. Go back to your dentist n get it checked properly if it is high. The dentist will trim it off or otherwise will do the x ray n will do the treatment accordingly. For time being if pain is not bearable. Take one painkiller like. Brufen. Take care.

Toothache remedy: Ice it. Place a small ice cube in a plastic bag, wrap a thin cloth around the bag, and apply it to the aching tooth for about 15 minutes to numb the nerves. Alternatively, that ice pack can go on your cheek, over the painful tooth.

Sugary foods should be consumed in limited quantities
Sugary foods should be consumed in limited quantities as the bacteria in dental plaque changes them into acids.

I got teeth sensitivity during the drinking the water around 2 months. I have already use sensodyne tooth pase, Surya dant manjan etc. but not get any relief so kindly provide suggestion.

BDS, PG Certification In Aesthetic Dentistry
Dentist, Gurgaon
Dea, There are many reasons for someone to develop sensitivity. 1. if you have tooth decay/ cavities in your mouth 2. developing tooth decay near the gum line. Since you see no decay on top of the tooth, you might not be aware a cavity exists, but it can create tiny holes near the gum in front or the back of the tooth. 3.Highly acidic foods can also give you tooth sensitivity. If you eat a lot of citrus fruits, tomatoes and other foods with high acid content, they could be wearing away at the enamel of your teeth, causing sensitivity to the dentin. In such cases no tooth paste/ mouthwash works. So, first get your oral health check up done which is advisable after every 6 months. If you have cavities get it filled. Continue to follow a good brushing and flossing routine to maintain the good health of your teeth. Use a soft bristle brush and brush gently Thank you!! Regards For further enquires or t/t email us cosmodontist@gmail.com Keep smiling;)

After root canal treatment at times pain takes time to subside. So just take medication prescribed by your dentist. And follow up after 7 days. Generally pain subsides in 7 to 10 days.
