Hello lybrate-user- weight gain depends not only on diet but also on sound sleep. Try these ayurvedic tips and medicine- a) sleep at least 8-10 hrs a day. B) eat food according to your digestion over eating sometimes causes indigestion which in turn causes weight loss. C) increase dairy products and non-veg diet in your meals. D) use shatavari kalpa 1 tsp twice daily, ashwagandha pak 1 tsp twice. Madhu malini vasanta 1 tab twice a day. You will see improvements within few weeks.

How to gain weight is as difficult as losing weight. Inadequate feeding habits, prolonged meal time gaps. Poor selection of foods increased physical activity without increasing the food intake major reasons for being underweight. Follow it up with a heavy and healthy breakfast. Take moderate lunch and dinner. Add Banana, Milk, , including yellow yolk, Mango, rice gram, peanut, butter are helpful in gaining weight. Potatoes, bananas are a great choice because they?re high in protein and calories. Dried Fruit:Dried fruit is a rich source of fiber.Moreover, it has a high content value of vitamins and minerals which are necessary for overall health.

Have Pleasant Meals: Meal time should be a pleasant time rather than a hurried affair. You should thoroughly enjoy every meal. Listening to soothing music while dining can be very helpful. Yes you are low weight. Change food habites. Add in your food carbohydrates, proteins, vitamines, minirales, green vegitabales, salad,(eggsif you takes) milk end milk products, dry fruites, fruites, etc. You take livomyn syrup 1to 2spoon 30minuties before lunch end dinner. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking will help you. Take calciumk2 7capsule 1 daily with milk after dinner with milk.

Dear patient, 1.calorie dense food should be incorporated in your diet like dried fruits, potato, sweets, nuts, jam jelly, banana or mango shake, porridge, badam kheer etc. 2. Leafy vegetables should be restricted in your diet as they reduce appetite. 3. you should take 3 major meals a day and snacks in between. 4.Butter, margarine should be taken. 5.Adequate amount of egg, meat, fish, milk should be taken as it help you for tissue building in your body. 6.Try to take 1 boiled egg at every morning. 7.you should eat more food at each meal. 8. Potatoes are a rich source of carbohydrates and complex sugars. So, including more potatoes in your diet will ensure weight gain. Eat one serving of grilled or baked potato daily for one or two months. You can also prepare potato chips at home in a healthy oil like olive oil and have them just twice a week for one or two months.

HI Lybrate USER, 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm, 3) avoid coffee and tea, A) Eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals, B) Take 200 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of saindhav lavan after meals, C) take 30 ml of aamla juice along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, D) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast…do all these things for 15 days…gives you good result…THANKS.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter/cheese sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds & 5 khajoor daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protein. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. 10. Take deworming tablets every six month. .Feel confident about yourself and be positive and smile.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. I assure you that you definitely gain weight & height fastly by following them. Be healthy

Pelvic stretch:-to do this stretch, you first need to lie back down and bend your knees. Place your hands by the side and your palms should touch the ground for some support. Then lift your buttocks as high as you can, your back should form an upward curve. Hold it for about 20 seconds. Then do it again, for about three to four times. This stretch will stretch the spine and strengthen your torso.

Whenever u drink milk, you have to go to toilet. it might mean that you are not drinking milk properly. Try boiling ginger in milk. take only boiled milk. If problem continues, then consult me privately
