Avoid smoking altogether. It may be causing your hip pain in the first place. Taking indomethacin in smoker has increased chances of gastric bleeding.

Fracture from trivial fall is a sign of osteoporosis. Get pelvis and wrist xray also along with spine xray and consult your doctor.
