Fortunately, there are several tips to gain weight, which are not only effective, but healthy as well. How to increase weight and stay healthy If you are attempting to increase your weight, it is important to remember that simply eating anything at all will not help. Incorrect eating habits might not only affect your body functioning, but could also have other undesired effects on you. This is why it is important to eat correctly, while keeping track of your daily activities. Listed below are some simple and effective tips to gain weight. Put together a schedule Like most other things, it is essential to put together a detailed and achievable schedule that will help you gain the numbers you want. For this you will need to measure the different parts of your body like thighs, waist, hips, stomach etc. So that you can keep track of your progress. Along with keeping a track of your measurements, it is also necessary to keep track of the foods you consume and the kind of exercise that you might have to indulge in to help pile on the pounds. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. 6/6 means fully normal vision. Some people don't need glasses, minus or plus, and some do need correction. The implication for job purpose, especially for police or military service, is 6/6 (full vision) without the need for any correction by spectacles or any means.

Do a health check ups. Along with this do regular exercise like yoga, weight lifting and other building exercise. Take food more frequently with extra amount than before. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Use whole cream milk. Use dense fruits, vegetables. Use nuts, seeds. Add extr4a healthy fats in cooking. Drink plenty of water but not just before or during meals.

When line of negativity feels long and strong. Slowly one need to work on building positivity back. I will suggest you few things below, in coprorating them slowly in your day will help you make this transition. If you have something which happend recently which is making you feel negative then may be you need to talk to someone about it specifically to figure out the best way to deal with the situation. What you are feeling is conic stress due to our fast life style. You could also this as feeling burnout. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You good google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. Thus will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Livoluk 10 ml at night. tests for constipation.and ibs..Examination of the rectum and lower, or sigmoid, colon (sigmoidoscopy) Examination of the rectum and entire colon (colonoscopy). Hi lybrate-user, you went to gym, but you should not have left it. It takes time to reduce weight. If it does not work, you should change the type of work out. Brisk walking and cycling are very effective. Stretching work outs do not show result fast. If you worked very hard and still saw no result at all, get a thyroid test soon. About food, you should eat healthy and home-made food. No need to starve yourself, but make sure you reduce the intake of extra fats, oil, sugar and fiods high in calories.

Apply Nizral shampoo twice weekly for few weeks for danruff in scalp. Consult skin specialist if no relief For pimples Pimples are inflammation of skin in which sebacious gland (Oil gland) become infected with bacteria and swell up. Excess sebum secretion by the oil gland is the main reason of pimples. It generally occurs on face, neck, back, shoulder Natural method of treatment of pimples 1.wrap the ice cube in a piece of cloth and hold it on the affected area for few seconds, wait for few minute and repeat the process 2. Dip a clean cotton swab in fresh lemon juice and apply to pimples before going to bed 3.Apply some white tooth paste over the affected area before going to bed and in the morning wash your face with water 4.Fill a large container with hot water and allow the steam to come in contact with your face for few minutes rinse your face with lukewarm water and after drying it apply oil free moisturizer 5. Cut a fresh garlic clove into 2 pieces and rub the garlic in the pimple and leave it for 5 minutes before washing skin with lukewarm water repeat the treatment several times a day 6.Drink lot of water. for masterbation: You must understand that excess of everything is bad. Same is true with masturbition. Control masturbition. Dont do more than a once in a week otherwise it may cause some weakness. You may take cap. Shilajit & tab. Chandraprabha bhati. One tab. Each morning & evening & also take dhatu paushtik churan one spoon morning & evening. All 3 with hot milk for 3-4 months.

I had a mild seizure when I was very young may be 5years old, doctor told my parents not to worry, so no medicine was taken. Later in my early teens also I had mild seizures a couple of times, we consulted some doctors and took medicine. Later when I was 16 years old, once when I had fever I attended college and in the class room I had a seizure. Then we consulted a senior specialist and since then I had no seizure in last six years. My doctor gave a combination of two different tablets initially for a couple of years and later started prescribing leviteracetam. I have been using leviteracetam for the last 5-6years now, 1500 mg dose once in the morning, every day. My family maintained strict secrecy about my problem in view of the stigma associated. However, they fear this may come in the way of my marriage prospects and worry all the time. I wish to know if it is possible to stop medication or reduce the frequency from one dose everyday to once in a week or so. Kindly help please.

If a person have fits during high temperature it is called febrile convulsions.when occurs three time needs to be treated for at least 3 years in case you were treated for 6 years without having epilepsy so gradually you can be tappered off drugs watching for fever which should be treated imediately and not allowed to go beyond a limit. you can switch over to other drug like ESLIFY 600 mg which latter on can be given only once at night. A trial should be given to decrese this drug. if you can stay without epilepsy for about 1 year without drugs then drugs can be stopped.
