Hi I'm a 20 year old boy with a height of 5'9" It's enough but not for me because I want a carrier in Modeling so I want to be 6 feet. I'm doing a lot of exercises in the morning like running for 20 minutes, 40-50 Pushups, 80 Squats, Sprint, Hanging and some stretching too. And I'm taking a high Protein diet (Approx 100g protein per day) with limited Carbs and Fats and also less saturated Fat and High Unsaturated. My sleep is also good. I sleep for 8 hours. I'm taking Multivitamins and Calcium with Vitamin D3 tablets too. I'm taking 1 litre milk per day because Calcium is very Important for bones. I'm taking Soy Products too. I'm taking proteins too. I'm taking enough Fruits and Dry fruits also. I know I have made a Paragraph about this but this is it. I think I'm doing enough for my body. I'm doing this all things from 4 months. I'm build Athletic and a little Muscular. Any advice, herbal medicine or anything to grow taller 3 inches. Please tell me. Thank You.

There is no medicine, allopathy, ayurved, or any other science for increasing height. I repeat, no medicine can increase your height. The anabolic steroids stunt growth by closing epiphyses. So don't try that also. After 20 height grows by about 1 inch every 3 years. Build body, muscles. But height cannot be increased. If growth is reduced, by malnutrition, then it can restored. But artificial increase in height is impossible. Don't chase false claims and advertisements.

My inner cheeks have become rough and also have swollen. At the beginning it would burn when I eat anything. Now it's better but still there is roughness that I can feel at the upper jaw and also the swelling is still there. Been like this for 2 months now?

First of all take 20 ml ERAND TEL of Dabur in a cup of milk. Repeat twice a week. In between take 1 cup milk and add 1 tsp of Patanjali Almond oil. After two weeks report and ask next schedule for six months. Milk at night only with oils.

You can add giloy (guduchi), papaya awla as juice. Avoid curd, oil and spicy food. Do light yoga like kapalbhati pranayam. Basically in chronic fever you should also use medicine which effect on liver.

How can I get a perfect body by loosing my fat is there any treatment for it or any diet please suggest me.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Hello, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Hi one of the simplest and most effective ways to induce sleep is to rub some oil on the scalp and the soles of the feet before going to bed. Use sesame oil, brahmi oil, jasmine oil, or coconut oil and massage gently for a few minutes. Slightly warming the oil before applying is helpful. Put 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

everything in excess is not good for health. excess of sodium will also cause a problem so do sugars. take supplements only when it is required. healthy balanced diet will help in long run rather than supplements.
