Follow this best Diet plan for fastly reducing your weight naturally. Before you start with this diet there are a few Things you should keep in mind to achieve best Results: * Stay away from Chocolates, cold drinks and any Other fatty but delicious food items for these 7 Days. * Do not do any weight training at Gym. This is Because once you gain muscles it will add to our Body weight. If you want you can only do 30 mins Brisk walking daily. * Try to drink as much water as you can during The day. Atleast 2-3 litres of water is Recommended every day. The 7 Day Vegetarian Weight Loss Diet Day 1 – Day one of your diet is to detox your Body and to drain out all kinds of toxins from it. So on day 1 you can have all kinds of “Fruits” like Oranges, apples, guava, watermelon, cherries, Etc… There is no restriction on the quantity of Fruits you can have as much as you want, However fruits like Mango & Banana should be Avoided at this stage. Also ensure that you do not Take fruit juices but should stick to fruits only. Day 2 – Have a boiled mashed potato in the Morning. Mix it with some onions, butter and very Little spices for taste and use SENDHA SALT only. For lunch and dinner you can have raw vegetables Or boil them and eat. No fruits should be taken this day. Day 3 – Day 3 will be combination of FRUITS And RAW/BOILED VEGETABLES. You can eat as Much until you feel satisfied. However this day You should not take boiled potatoes, banana and Mangoes. Day 4 – This is a day for Banana lovers. On day 4 you should only consume Bananas and Milk. You can consume upto 6-8 bananas with around 2-3 litres of milk throughout the day. Day 5 – This day belongs to Panner lovers. DO NOT make Paneer Bhurji or Paneer Ki Sabzi. Instead have it in the raw form or you can simply Roast paneer and put some Sendha Salt over it for Taste. Apart from Paneer you can also have Soya Been and Sprouts. Day 6 – This day you can take as many soups As you want and combine them with Paneer & Vegetables, as you consumed on day 5. You can Also consume a Panner Stuffed parantha with Very little oil in it. > Day 7 – This day you can consume combination Of Rice and vegetables. It is best if you consume Brown rice but if you do not like the taste then White boiled rice will also do the trick.

Hello doctor Actually I want to ask you one question. It is such like. My father is suffering from type 2 diabetes. Now he is 65 to 67 years of age. My age is 36 running. I hve tested once and it was negative. I hve low sugar level. Now will I suffer from diabetes in future? Actually my life style is also full of stress. Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.

Its unbelievable but true! you can lose weight even as you sleep if you strictly follow these lifestyle changes.

1. Eat small frequent meals every 2 hours during the day: your body needs energy for metabolic functions. Your body may crave for sweet and junk food, but have that in portions like cheese, butter, chocolate of your finger tip size, chicken/fish of your palm size is absolutely okay to have once a week, either you can substitute your cravings with healthy food like a date or a piece of dark chocolate for sweet cravings.
There are certain foods that burn fat while you sleep.

A. Whole grains - including whole grains (whole wheat, barley, brown rice, quinoa, wheat germ etc), legumes (lentils, chickpeas, beans etc), dairy foods, spicy foods, green tea, and citrus fruits, in your daily diets.
B. Have citrus foods daily - citrus fruits which includes vitamin c plays a role in body's fat burning process.
C. Consume green tea - it boosts your metabolism as it is rich in antioxidants.

Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (bmi) of under 18.5 a weight 15% to 20% below that normal for their age and height group. Low weight may be due to improper diet, reduced assimilation from intestine, illness, metabolism, genetics etc. Thus first we have to rule out any such condition, with this have a healthy diet with more proteins (legumes, eggs, fish, lean meat, vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water and go for regular exercise. A homoeopathic constitutional treatment will definitely help you a lot.

Hypertriglyceridemia: The most difficult lipid disorder to evaluate and treat

Hypertriglyceridemia is the most difficult lipid disorder to evaluate and treat. Hypertriglyceridemic disorder in adults is not a single gene. We do not know if TGs by themselves are an atherogenic risk or is it because of the company they keep.
The intra-individual biological variability (diurnal and monthly) of lipids make it more difficult to define hypertriglyceridemia.
TGs are inversely associated with HDL-C, if high HDL-C levels, almost always TGs are low.
Dietary treatment of severe hypertriglyceridemia: <5%, no alcohol, discontinue all TG-lowering drugs, monitor TG q 3 days until levels are below 1000, then restart treatment.
Fibrates do not reduce the CHD events in high risk patient groups. What impact hypertriglyceridemia has on CHD outcomes is not yet clear.
Lower fasting TG to less than 500 mg/dL; this will reduce the risk of pancreatitis.
Follow the current guideline recommendations to lower LDL-C.
The real value of Apo-B is in patients who do not have raised LDL-C (<100 mg/dL). In such patients it can be very informative and should be taken as an indicator of CVD risk.
Plasma apoB and the other cholesterol indexes are complementary rather than competitive indexes of atherosclerotic risk (Am J Cardiol. 2003 May 15;91(10):1173).
Baseline TGs are determinants of the response to bezafibrate (BIP trial).
Omega-3 fatty acids are beneficial in reducing CV risk (JELIS; Lancet 2007), especially in patients with high TG and low HDL-C (Atherosclerosis. 2008).
If fasting TG is >200 mg/dL and HDL-C <35 mg/dL, consider a fibrate or omega-3 fatty acid.

I age is 60 years (sixty years), my health is fine, I go for walking and my diet is normal. But at present for the last week, I have unsleepiness problem. I am not getting enough sleep at night, sometimes and more often I wake up the whole night and in the daytime, I feel very lazy and still, my head feels heaviness and I have no sleep at daytime also. I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis.
