Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

Along with the protein ,u need to have sufficient carbohydrates in the food for better absorption of protein. Also combining,milk with cereals,pulse with cereals,egg with cereals increases the protein value as compared to taking protein food alone

Along with Insulin you have to strictly adhere to the following measures 1.Do regular exercise 2.Reduce weight if overweight 3Control diet 4.Avoid sweets, excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet, . 5.Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting Dietitian 6.Monitor your fasting, PP blood sugar and Hba1c three monthly 7.Consult diabetologist for advice and treatment

Hi I recently delivered a baby it's been 2months now I have put on weight very badly n people at home say not to diet coz of feeding n I'm not suppose to go out until baby is 5-6 months.. I'm a vegetarian please suggest me how to reduce weight? Actually my eating capacity is included now may b coz of feeding the baby. I used to jog 5kms before marriage (1.5 years back) now I'm really not sure if I can jog so much. Coz I feel very weak I had a normal delivery only. When visited doc she told me to lose weight. Please look back at your parents, siblings, aunts and see if obesity runs in the family. Diet should be almost free of fats. Convert from cereals to greens and fruits. Continue breastfeeding as much as possible. Try green tea, Chinese tea or other slimming concoctions if that is allowed during breast feeding. No amount of exercise can make you as slim as strict diet control can. You have ample reserves, so low fat, low calorie diet should not affect quality of your breast milk so long as fluid intake is adequate.

My mom got fracture in right hand above knees below shoulder she got operated and plating was done by orthopaedic nowbits been two months no relief in pain and soojan is there. There is no movement in hand cause it pains a lot. Please suggest as what to do and diet to follow she is diabetic also.

If you have diabetes you should not be depressed as you know so many people in the society are having this problem. Your aim should be to control your blood sugar within acceptable range, which can be achieved by adhering to diabetic diet, Regular exercise and medicine as advised by your physician, if needed.

How can one reduce obesity in old age when one gets tired very soon by physical activity.
You can do it by keeping control over your diet. Avoid fried fatty food, eating out, junk food. Cut down on sugar intake, avoid bakery and preserved food items. Follow healthy breakfast, fresh fruits, healthy lunch and light dinner. You can follow jasmine tea as it helps in fat absorption. Have amla, alovera and wheat grass juice; 1 tsp of each mixed in a cup of water every early morning. Drink plenty of water. Do deep breathing and simple yoga like pranayam in the morning!

Hi, Never opt for medicine or supplement to lose weight always go for healthy and balanced diet approach so that you don't regains the lost weight easily. If you eat healthy weight loss diet you can surly reduce 18 kg in around 9 months.

Practically yes you can use lancet multiple times of you are using for same person considering usage is on same day or within couple of days. Repeated usage of same lancet for same person increases risk of infection. Lancet need to be changed each time if you are using for multiple patients.

I had my dinner: steamed salmon with stir- fried shiitake mushrooms (beansprouts, mangetout, shredded spring greens.), which was delicious. I did not include any rice as the plate was so full of veggies that I did not feel like eating anything else. After the dinner I crazily, madly craved for sugar and attacked 6 prunes I had in the kitchen. Now I am feeling so guilty and heavy. Any idea? Thank you.

Hye. You ate a fiber rich meal, hence you were full. But actually the body did not get the sugars/carbs it needed and hence your sugar levels dropped, causing a sudden craving for something with instant energy. So, just try to include good whole grains or some cereal in your meal to avoid sudden cravings for sugar. Eat smaller balanced and frequent meals.

Many people do desk job and this alone is not the reason for excess wt. Losing weight suddenly will only cause increase in wt later. You have to make effort to lose wt gradually over a period of time. This reduction will be more permanent. *Take protein rich food --- seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce carbs/cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid sweets, cakes, creams, fried foods, processed food and junk food. * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Even with desk job, you can spend morning and evening time for work out *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Obesity- Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase.
