Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. 7. You can take shatavaryadi churn (powder) of baidyanath company 1/2 teaspoon with milk once a day for fastly gain weight. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Mr. Lybrate-user, diabetes mellitus is a disease occurring either due to lack of insulin or resistance to its action or both in t2 dm. Since insulin is an essential hormone required for metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, it has to be made available daily in a diabetic patient. Further if blood sugar levels are not maintained near normal then there are serious long term complications affecting eyes (retina), small and large blood vessels, nerves, lower limbs, kidneys and heart. It does not spare any vital organ. So treatment for life time is essential. Along with drugs diet control and exercise are also very essential. So my suggestion to you is please do not have negative thoughts about taking medicines, consider that as an essential part of the routine and follow a healthy life style and live better. There is no easy way out.

The best way to increase vitality is to exercise daily and eat healthy meals throughout the day. Try to indulge in early morning exercise and have a healthy breakfast. Have fruits and vegetables throughout the day.

You can do exercise like push ups,sit ups,lying butt bridge,skipping,swimming along with healthy food.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Eat lots of whole fruits,vegetables.Drink lots of water.

The best and the safe way to reduce 10 kg in 2-3 month . As I am vegetarian . I past I have reduce 10 kg but from 2 years I am able to reduce weight and now due to frustration I am not concentrating on my weight and eating everything and not doing 1 workout in hole day just watching tv, sitting, sleeping etc What should I do I have to reduce my weight 10 kg with in 2-3 month. Hi, you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Timely and balanced diet is as important. Avoid heavy dinner and late night meals. Hello, running and taking loki juice will definitely work, so keep it continue.Along with it follow the below tips to reduce weight ;- 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. fatoline drops from Haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4.Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. 5. Do Surya Namaskar , yoga asans like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Pose),Vajrasana (Diamond Pose), Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose), Matsyasana (Fish Pose) 6. avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 7. drink plenty of water daily. 8.Eat good quantity of green vegetables, salad and fruits.

Ramandeepji, The things described by you suggest that the patient is having chronic renal failure, which is one of the severe complications pf long standing diabetes. This comes about when blood sugar is not well controlled for many years. Now the options are limited. He has to be probably shifted on to Insulin injections for stricter blood glucose control (Fasting closer to 100 mg and PP <180 mg and HbA1c% <7). Plus there has to be strict monitoring of salt intake (not more than 2 g a day), taking food providing less protein. Dialysis has to be continued. His BP also should be very closely monitored. There is no cure for any of these conditions, proper medication and appropriate diet and drug therapy is the only option.

A) Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of honey and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep. B) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10 gm of jiggery before meals. C) eat 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals. D) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyawardhini vati after meals…do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions…. THANKS…
