Avoid spicy food, high fibre diet, take small, frequent feed, tab. Pan l _ 1 tab empty stomach daily for 1 month.

High fibre diet, take plenty of water, sitz bath, syrup lactulose, 10 ml at night, diltiazem oint_ to apply localy twice daily.
