Inhalex & Duolin is not medicine for asthma. You need Inhaled Corticosteroids. Get Pulmonologist consultation early and start according to your stage of disease.

It may be because of muscle stiffness. And you required 12-18 month of treatment for spinal TB. That will be decided by Repeat MRI scan.

Inhalers are best medication for asthma. And if given properly with adequate dose almost no side effects. Please consult pulmonologist near by you.
