Yes it could be. Migraine starts in one side and spreads to other side, it is a pulsating headache associated with nausea, vomiting, photophobia and phonophobia.

You are having insomnia due to stress. Do some physical activities in the evening which would give you good sleep. Try to avoid taking sleep pills at this age.
