Spotting is well known and may be normal. Rest. Less of travel. Avoid sex in first 3 months of pregnancy.

Difficult to answer your question. I pill is a emergency pill. Taking it everytime you have sex may harm you.

Low dose pills available now. Its quiet safe. Stopping intermittently and restarting will further reduce the limited side effects.
