Please use sunscreen to prevent further darkening and to take care of the damage that has already occured you can use vitamin c based serum.

It could be pompholyx which is a type of eczema you could be allergic please show to a dermatologist.

Unfortunately there is no treatment for grey hair. You can use any company as ling as theor dye is ammonia free.
