Do regular warm saline gargles, avoid cold feeds, take plenty of fluids, continue antibiotics and paracetmol500 mg bd. Consult online if still problem persists.

You might be suffering with deviated nasal septum on right side with eustacian tube dysfunction. Also having reflux pharyngitis symptoms consult an ent doctor.

You can give zincovit no problem, but add vitamin c and antioxident rich foods, along with regular exercise/yoga to boost up immunity.
