Keep your body warm for a few days. Do not use ac and fan and try this for 15 days and get back to me.

No. Its a mechanical problem which cannot be corrected by medicines. If symptoms are in control you can avoid surgery.

Acupunture in some cases have show some good results in my experience. But there is no cure. Physiotherapy is also good for maitainance.
