Its may be salivary gland minor burn or cheek biting .please avoid smoking. You can easily get out of this habit at a early age.

Use mouth wash twice a day in the ratio of 1: 1, and clean your teeth after every meal and use chewinggum.

Ya this is the problem related to tmj so dont open your your moth so wide and always hold your lower jaw while opening your jaw.
