Madam you need to regularize your meal timings and inculcate exercise in your routine. Take lot of water and liquids and increase fibre consumption.

It seems to be functional dyspepsia. Avoid milk. Take lots of curd and bananas. Take some good PPI with prokinetic. Regularise your meal timings.
