Use betadine mouth wash with water- twice a day. And keep the area clean. Apply dentogel on the affected area twice a day.

I am suffering from wisdom tooth ache. Its been 4 to 5 months the ache appears in intervals. As from last 3 days I am having severe ache and my gums around that area got swelled up. I have been taking pain killer (enzoflam) once a day.
Used clove thing also, but no relief and its getting worse.
Please suggest some remedy or solution to it.
