So simple Always start your day with streched and exercises is must. Atleast you need to have bend and strech your spine for 10 time a day. Never sit or stand for longer time and never hump your back always see to that your spine straight. No need of any oinments. If so heavy pain just crush drumstick leaves and apply on painful area. Take care follow regularly.

Mostly pain in wrist is due to strained or inflamed soft tissues like tendon. There are many other reasons why pain in wrist occurs so to rule out the exact cause you need to go for proper investigation. After looking to your pain I would recommed you for some care that you can take at home. If possible visit some physio who can give you several mdalities like us, ift etc to cure the pain. Along with it we have a special program designed like pnf, hold relax etc just to get relief from pain. Precautions: 1. Avoid weight lifting. 2. Avoid doing twisting moments like supination-pronation which usally is done while playing badmitton or while washing clothes. 3. Give rest to your work for some days. 4. Wear wrist band to rest your muscles. 5. Avoid bending your wrist into positions that cause the symptoms. Treatment: 1. Give rest to your wrist. If severe pain you can use sling/band to avoid gravity pressure. 2. Take alum in hot water and take fermentation with that water thrice a day for 15-20 minutes. While your hand is in water do some exercises like close hand, open hand, making circle from indivisual fingers etc. 3. Massage using your 2 fingers over the painful area. 4. Exercises: start the exercise once your pain is decreased atleast 50-60% a) palm lifting b) wrist up and down in gravity eliminated position c) strengthening of wrist muscles. D) strenthening of all finger muscles. E) making fist and then open hand. For any query please contact me right away. Good luck and get well soon.

I'm 22 years old male and I'm facing knee pain since last 2 months please tell me what should I do for it?
. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.

Hello lybrate user if there s Only joint pain without any infection then simply you can do warm water hand exercises daily and try to take short breaks /intervals while doing household &kitchen work. exercises with spongy ball and hand exerciser will be helpful.keep in mind do exercises with some rest time thrice a day.

Doing daily yoga and exercise will always keep you fit. Take calcium supplements for few days. Do not start any exercise now. Let your pain subside. You can take pain killer for 2 days. Take dashmoolarishta kadha 2spoons twice a day with equal quantity of warm water.

Hello lybrate user, - look at the cause always to get the solution to the problem - reduce outside food, avoid spicy and sour foods - have veggies like cucumber, ridge guard carrots more - have a glass of butter milk daily twice following right food and lifestyle will keep you away from medications - for now you can take madhiphala rasayana 2 spoon twice a day before food - kamadhudha ras 2-0-2 before food for 10 days thank you.

First, kindly get an ecg and xray chest pa view done. 1. Start your stop smoking plan with =? s t a r t? s- set a date for quitting smoking. Choose a date within next two weeks, so that you have enough time to prepare without losing your motivation to quit t- tell your family, friends and co-workers that you want to quit so that they can give support and encouragement a-anticipate and plan for the challenge you will face while quitting like crave for cigarettes and nicotine withdrawal symptoms r- remove cigarettes, lighter, ash tray, matches etc from home, car or work place t- talk to your doctor about getting help to quit and to deal with nicotine withdrawal symptoms 2. Distract yourself to keep your mind off smoking like concentrate on some work, watching tv, playing games, reading books/magazines, listen to music, cross word puzzle or playing online games etc 3. Remind yourself why you want to quit. Focus on your reasons for quitting like health benefits, improved appearance, financial effect and enhancement of self esteem 4. Get out of tempting situations like someone smoking close by 5. Reward yourself- reinforce your victories whenever you triumph over a craving. Give yourself a reward to keep yourself motivated 6. Find an oral substitute like mint, nicotine lozenges, nicotine patch, chewing gums etc 7. Keep your hands busy like squeezing balls, handling pencils, paper clips to satisfy the need for tactile stimulation 8. Brush your teeth-the just brushed clean feeling can motivate you to get rid of craving 9. Slowly drink a large cold glass of water to help the craving pass and keep you hydrated. It also minimizes the symptoms of nicotine withdrawal 10. Go for regular exercise, play some games 11. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion and relive stress 12. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, excess work load, severe physical and mental exertion.

Hi, I am suffering from chronic headaches due to possible Malabsorption of food. These headaches occur within 2-3 hours of having a meal and the headache does not ease/subside until I don't clear my bowel. Due to this, I need to clear my bowels at least 3 times a day. Also, because of this I wake up with an extremely heavy headache. It almost feels that whatever I eat is rotting inside my body and until I don't clear my bowel, the headache remains. I have shown to a gastroenterologist who got my stool, blood tests done that were absolutely normal. He also suggested endoscopy and colonoscopy which I didn't get it done because I felt he was going nowhere with the treatment and was just doing guesswork. Taking isabghol helps a bit, I have done treatments from other doctors as well like taking nutrolin b plus, metrogyl,vimliv but they have not been much effective. Kindly suggest and if possible provide a detailed explanation of what should be done.

You can take (if no drug allergy): 1. Tablet crocin (paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ent problem or may be migraine headache or acidity headache follow advises given below: adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day get check eyes for refractive error complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis it may be due to stress this problem can be solved by meditation you can go for regular physical exercise further treatment can be done after taking complete medical detail.

Caster oil is good, take 2 spoon caster oil with warm water at night. 1) massage with stress relief oil or warm coconut oil to head, neck, and ears. 2) apply chandan powder +2-4 saffron threads+ pinch of cinnamon (dalchini) lep with rose water to forehead. 3) take 8 hrs sleep in the night. 4) avoid oily & spicy food. 5) pour 3-4 drops of warm pure cow ghee in both nostrils in head low position 6) do eye check up if headache persist.
